      Is there a place I can see how many Rune Knights were recruitable from quests in the older Brigandine games? Asking mainly for potential comparison with how many I may find in Runersia. Also, are Rune Knights from quests typically bound to the same location in the older games, or could they be recruited from multiple different castles? (ex. if Shu Fen is normally found in Angrien, then nations far away from Norzaleo Kingdom would take a long time reaching where she even shows up.)

      The Brigandine Wiki sight is currently being built. You should be able to find out there once every knight's profile has been uploaded. You can find the New Wiki site here: brigandine.fandom.com/wiki/Brigandine_Wiki
      You also may get a faster answer in the Discord Server. (Check Description).
      As far as Shu Fen goes, I believe I was able to recruit her a couple times in different locations. It may revolve around Questing CLOSE to certain areas in order for her to appear. Regardless, once I've had more time to experiment with that, I will put it in my In-Depth Questing Guide in the near future. Great questions! 😎👌

      Have you noticed any pattern about the EXP required to level up when you change classes? One thing I've seen happening once (upgrading a Fighter to a Knight) is that the "EXP" went down, which is weird (that should be the EXP required to go to the next level, since the Japanese version has "あと" in that same field, meaning "left/remaining"). In GE, your total EXP remained the same when changing classes, but the EXP required to level up also increased when classing up (which makes sense, since higher tier classes have better growth).
      As for cross-classing, I guess two interesting combinations would be Treasure Hunter/Paladin (with the higher evasion from the Treasure Hunter adding to the higher defense/shield block/HP recovery from the Paladin, making a pretty tanky build) and Sword Master/Champion (with the higher critical damage/accuracy from the Champion adding to the higher critical rate/HP recovery from the Sword Master, resulting in a pretty offensive build). There are also the Wizard/Cardinal and Saint/Witch builds, but I guess those are "old news". Finally, maybe the "female Zemeckis" build (Sniper/Troubadour) could be worth it too. What are you ideas so far?

      @@pedrostormrage , I have not noticed that. I'll be on the lookout for it next time I boot up the game.
      Those Dual builds will definitely become a staple for the game's progression. Super powerful stuff. For myself, I need to experiment some more because I'll be releasing a more Advanced Video on Cross-Classing in the future. Ii'll be discussing my builds at that point in time. Making Class change decisions may also depend on Gear you obtain from Quests considering their elemental properties.

      When it comes to cross classing I often wonder if it was worth it because when u level up a strong character as a mage he gets more points in intel then stren. But if u kept him as a pure fighter he would have got more strength and hit harder. Wouldn’t be as verifiable but better at his assigned task. Is what I said up there correct or is this not at all how it works?

    Brigandine: Legend of Forsena was probably one of the few TBRPGs that I played for hours and finished multiple times. It was challenging, unique, and had amazing storytelling moments that encouraged you to imagine and plan ahead. I'm so glad this new game exists and, thanks to your videos, am convinced to get it soon.

      I think you'll thoroughly enjoy this one then! Plenty more story in this version and QoL improvements! 😎👌

    They pretty much took the original brigandine and gave it a new coat of paint and I love it. I'm hoping there's an endgame akin to the grand edition where you actually get to fight that bald dude, I never got to play grand edition :( I look for it about once a year and that's how I found this game

      It definitely stays true to the original ideas and mechanics. Very happy with it.

    I hope their are a lot more monster class models. One of the downsides of the OG was that classing up most monsters was just a color swap. There were a few that got varied models like the dragons or angels (but only with a special item) and I was really hoping they would step it up a notch and add a lot more "uniqueness" when they classed up.

      I'm in agreement with you there, and we'll see what happens during release. It has a lot to do with budget however. This series isn't gonna get a lot from the beginning so we'll try to hype it as much as we can for future improvements. I'm already seeing several new players jump on board so that's always a good sign. 😎👌

      @@TheStellarArcade I think the recent popularity of Fire Emblem-3 houses was a huge help in attracting people to the genre. This Brigandine looks much better then the OG, especially in gameplay, and THAT game was as addicting and replayable as a game could get. This title may end up taking the RPG community off guard and by storm because of the piqued interest people now have in Turn Based tactical games. And its an IP that deserves it....In fact its mainstream recognition is long overdue, and I think people are getting a bit fed up with the politically driven mainstream titles so its time for winds to blow in a new direction for gaming preferences anyways.

      @@MidnightBlackandVictoria, agreed! We'll hype it as much as we can. I've already witnessed several new players arrive to the scene. I was even interviewed about this game on a fellow streamer's podcast. Got some new faces interested from the live chat as well. I'm happy with the results so far! 😎👌

    cool, training quests for exp grinding! Time to put Hyude in the training grounds! lol
    Those 4 arrows on the quest must mean requirement checks.. I think the first one is for free for every rune knight, then the 2nd is for the level requirement, the 3rd is for the class requirement, the last probably is for the specific character only..

      So this is what will be covered in my Advanced Quest Guide, but it works like this:
      First Outlook Rank: Any Level, Any Knight
      Second Outlook Rank: Need at least Level 2 Knight or the Correct Class
      Third Outlook Rank: Need Level 10 and the Correct Tier 2 Class. Level 20 works by itself as well.
      Fourth Outlook Rank: Need Level 20 and the Correct Tier 3 Class
      You'll notice that if you bring Grados or Jiu to the Plains of Delza, they will have Four Outlook Ranks.

    • @lazynik
      @lazynik 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I see.. how about where you quest the knight? will it affect the outlook rank?

    • @TheStellarArcade
      @TheStellarArcade  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@lazynik , yes, absolutely. You can determine where you should be questing by paying attention to the effectiveness of a Knights level and their class. You'll either see an X, Down Arrow, Up Arrow, or a Star for both categories. It'll make much more sense once I get the Guide done, lol.

  • @gregimus13

    So once u get to level 30, the purpose of cross classing is no more... interesting! Because the max is level 30 and u gain 1 tier per level. Ah!!!!

    • @TheStellarArcade
      @TheStellarArcade  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I mean you COULD farm for Enlightenment Scrolls to raise your proficiency without leveling, but that would take a lot of patience.
