I would love to try GChess but it doesn't have a free trial. I wish I could use it for 2 weeks or a month then decide if it works for me before spending money.
Also, you can try out 1 month and cancel the subscription if it's not your thing. Not sure, but they may even have a money back warranty if you're not satisfied.

Are there any plans to bring back the Improve tab in GChess? This was the killer feature for me.

You can create a free account and play around with it. Limited amount of searches though.
