    I fought my SI joints for two full yrs with PT and pain killers etc. Finally got into a decent neurosurgeon and it was my L5 and S1 vertebra. Had immediate fusion surgery and now pain free since surgery over two yrs ago.

      Did you get MRIs preformed? Hip and Back? And what did they show?

    • @HitmanEF
      @HitmanEF 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've been suffering with back/hip issues for 6 years and seen so many doctors and physios and spent thousands of dollars and no progress whatsoever. My low back shows a very tiny herniation at L5 S1 but the consensus is that its not from there directly. Don't know what to do anymore.

      @darylsmioth1904 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HitmanEF They actually caught it on a simple x-ray at first then followed up with an MRI. It showed too much movement in the vertebrate. They call it spondolitithis or something like that.

    I have pain exactly where you put your hands the first time. You mentioned that if walking and it feels better it's most likely your back? But mine hurts more when I walk..
    Edit:: actually standing in same spot for more than 2 mins & walking really hurt. The pain is so bad that I don't even want to stand or walk any longer. Never hurts when sitting or laying down. Please anyone with answers help... is it my lower back or hips??. (It's on both sides). Yes I walk with a limp.. I can't get rid of this pain.

    Hey Bob and Brad,I have a question,a couple of days ago after workout I found a sharp pain in my right leg (dont remember if it went all the way down to my toes but I did feel a sharp pain in my thigh).After a few stretching exercises,the pain had reduced drastically and on the next day I couldn't feel it at all but some pain still persisted in my lower back area(the back part of the waist and the area near it) and sometimes a bit in the upper back as well( it feels like it's due to tight muscles but watching your videos on sciatica made me a bit afraid if I had it) what could be the possible reasons for it? I can move my legs well enough and the pain is pretty much localised in this area
