Hydraulic press GP-26
An indispensable thing in the apple garden. Now you will measure the juice by buckets.

The press is suitable for a big garden. You may also need the electric crusher ES-055 or ES-018. Using this kit can be pressed over 100 liters of apple juice per hour, if several people are working at the same time, e.g. all the family members. One person collects and washes the fruit, the other chops the apples, and the third person just presses the juice. This press is good also for pressing juice from the grapes and other berries that grow in your garden in large amounts.
Jack, fabric for filtration and wooden blocks are attached.
Each press has a 2t hydraulic jack, a piece of fabric for filtration and wooden blocks for jack as a unit. Blocks are necessary to place them under the jack, because the jack’s piston stroke is not enough for the entire height of the basket.
Oak basket.
The basket and the piston are made of oak, everything is fixed by the stainless steel screws. In one cycle of pressing (apple mass loading, pressing, unloading the barrel) can be squeezed 12-16 liters of apple juice.
The drain pan is made of stainless steel.
The rings of the basket and the drain pan for juice are made of stainless steel.
Practical construction.
Powder coating of the frame provides a strong and durable protective covering. On the upper part of the frame there is a special prop for jack’s centering. The rings on the piston allow easily to remove it. At the bottom of the press’s base there are plastic legs, which provide easier carrying and protection of the frame’s cover.

the pulp, have you guys tried baking it for consumption at any point? Or dehydrating it further to make pulp chips or straight to composting?

Why? I think they are too hard to crush this way. You would break the press. Notice how the apples are already turned into a mash before he presses them. The press isn't able to press whole apples, let alone hard seeds

Did you make some or all of what we see? If you did not use the cloth, would some/much/too much of the pulp go through the slats?
It's better to use the cloth for juice filtration, because some of the pulp go through the slats.

I just bought 5 yards of cheese cloth on amazon for like 11 bucks.
Size is 1,5x1,5m (Lavsan - special material for juice and milk filtration)
New presses have filtration bags as a unit.
