I think first and foremost, your husband is a Singaporean. That REALLY helps. Secondly, as you have said, your husband works in the finance industry and probably has a high income. In other words, he can more than support you even if you're not working. Thirdly, both you and your husband have degrees. Qualification is a very important criteria in PR application. Lastly, I hate to say this but the color of your skin helps.
Anyong Hasayeo. This is Singapore's international diplomacy at it's finest.Whatever happens afterwards, you will be a 'positive' for the country. Just think of the possibilities. Forward thinking is Singapore's forte. Welcome aboard.
Welcome to Singapore :) Actually based on experience i would say Singapore normally prioritize country from Malaysia, then Taiwan, China & Korea/Japan. There are quota for each of the countries. Countries from Philippine, Indonesia unless they are very rich and willing to invest in Singapore, the chances of getting a PR are slim as they have lower quota. For example one of my ex staff from Philippine he have tried to applied for PR since 2015 and until now, he wasn't able to get his PR, despite him working for a reputable company and his wife is a nurse. So here is the catch: 1) u must be rich and invest in Singapore (such as buying property to show u are here to stay). Celebrities like Jet Li, Gong Li, Jackie Chan get SG citizenship via this path 2) U have a Singaporean spouse or ur parents or sibling became a Singaporean before u came over 3) Employment Pass or S Pass holder (EP better if i not wrong) with i think minimal wages of $3.9k a month or 4k plus. the higher pay u are the most likely u get PR. if u get around 10k a month should be ez to get 4) i think student who studied here and subsequently work in Singapore will have good chance also 5) Buy lottery and strike it (just kidding) before buying a Condominium
Chanced upon your video.. want to let you know that despite you trying to cover your ID card details, the lenticular hologram of the card still shows your ID number.
I lived in Singapore for like 7-8years alr my childhood was here and my mom got PR few years ago but I applied PR as a foreign student after 8 months of waiting I got rejected 😢🥲I think maybe I should find another country that is more suitable for me or maybe it's time for me to go back to my country😂😅

Congratulations!! You and Nic deserve this a lot ^_^
I think it depends on country also. Singapore tends to give PR and citizenship to Malaysians more because of the same language and race thing.
Yeah definitely!

Congrats Zeh Zeh. 😊🎉🎊👍 You have a Singaporean husband right? 😊
Since your husband is a Singaporean even you don't get your PR you still will get your dependant pass for sure.

If you don't mind me asking, are you American or Korean. I'm asking because your accent sounds American.
I'm Korean but I lived in the US when I was younger, hence the accent. :)
Congratuation🎉❤❤🎉😊

근무도 하기전?IRAS기록도 없이 PR승인이 난거라고요?
Hi, I’m from the Philippines and currently in Paris. Do you think I have a good chance when I apply for SG’s PR? Thanks.
I really couldn't say 😅 the ICA is a big mystery
If that's all that you are, zero chance.
@@NoohCee are you ICA? What do you know about me? Jeez.
Close to none, someone that has applied multiple times holds a Mexican passport, and leaving in Singapore for a few years
