Sometimes i feel theres not enough content of honeybees in general, no matter where you are on the World Wide Web. I feel there should be more content just to show the overall randomness, yet organized chaos of the Honeybee Hive. I struggle everyday with a partial phobia of these little critters, yet my massive respect for them has me engaging in this journey of Beekeeping. Sometimes its just simple videos like this, random ones that i take while doing something around the Hive in a regular "inspection" of frames and what not, that i find myself not being able to turn away. I will try my best to illustrate what im trying to show; i may not be the best at words and explaining things, but i should get better as time progresses and hopefully this little project of mine is worth my time. If me, being someone who holds my breath when they buzz around me, frightened by their "buzz" and their "hazardous" colors, can find the absolute beauty in this, than so should anyone else. The Beehive is really this giant social organism, acting as one (hence where we get the term "hive mind" from), following a strict hierarchy and "caste" type social stratification system, a perfect storm of predetermined organized chaos mixed with all kinds of sounds and "waggle dances", even voting, believe it or not.. That makes all of this amazing. On the Micro level, it looks like a bunch of insects buzzing around, coming and going, but on the Macro level, you really start to see how its like this "Symbiotic" and organic mechanism that is just breathtaking....
