it's actually really difficult to not look at the viewfinder now I have it. All of my previous camera's didn't have one so it wasn't a problem but I was tied to only filming in certain set ups.. now although I understand that it may be annoying (although it's only been mentioned to me this week) the quality is better and I'm able to film anywhere. I will try more in future but I think the tradeoff is pretty good and only 2 people have complained so far
thank you!!! and yes i did some really detailed reviews/comparisons on my blog actually. The sigma is great for exfoliation and even includes brush heads for body but it's more for young skin rather than those looking to start anti-aging as its spins rather than twitsts (if you get me) so it will drag on skin as it becomes more mature x
Really I just love urban decay shadows full stop.. In all honest I only use maybe half of my naked palette shades but the quality is the best I've tried and I think if you had to choose only one palette of neutrals this is the one.. Smog is my all time fave
it's good but it's not AS good and if you have the money that you're prepared to spend it's absolutely worth it in my opinion. I really want to try the mua primer though
no but again.. really not a lavender fan lol.. I'm so picky! I am mont blanc in nars which is light 2. I want to try that no7 thing soon.. looks very interesting!
I've thought about this too & I totally understand. I do like this palette but for the cost, I think you can get so many other palettes that don't cost as much. Like SLEEK & NYX. I have both Naked Palettes & they're collecting dust, so I have pulled them out & I'm trying to use them. I've re-arranged my some of my makeup & am trying to use them. Those palettes are NOT cheap. I'm going to make an effort to make my UD palettes worth the HYPE.
I just discovered you last night at o'dark thirty and fell in love! I subscribed today and have been watching you videos on and off all days between homework. I love the diversity of your videos and how you are honest but not crass and condescending. :)
Oh I absolutely would LOVE an all matte naked palette.. I could be wrong but I think a brand did actually do something like that. I want to say stila? and I will keep your secret ;)
Have you tried the limited edition cleanse and polish?, you might prefer the scent. Are you the colour Siberia in nars? Iv been umming about this one for a while, as Siberia looks like an exellent match for me, also if you are on the paler side like me go try the new no 7 foundation colour match service, I came up 100% match for calico which looks a bit grey on my hand but perfect colour for my face, you just then have to decide which formulation you like best.
Oh I LOVE the Urban Decay eyeshadow primer. My skin is soooo oily and by three hours in no matter how expensive the eyeshadow it would be creased and ugly looking. I wear my make up like a diva so try to imagine what a mess. But with UD's primer I can wear ANY eyeshadow and it lasts all freaking day! In fact I have never seen it crease. I have worn it from 7AM all the way until 3AM. lol Also the sigma brushes are a lot cheaper than a lot of brushes I have been looking at. So yay.
Would u say the clarisonic is worth the purchase for someone who has clear skin anyway? I'm 21, with hardly any break outs? I use the liz Earle muslin cloths with my cleanse and polish. Would the results be any better with the clarisonic?
Just bought some of the macadamia oil you recommend. I usually use Chi Silk Infusions so I'm keen to see how this compares! Thanks for the great video :-)
First of all; love your honesty in this and in your last vid! :) Just wondering, have you ever tried the Sigma version of the Clarasonic? If so, how did it compere to each other? Thank you :)
herbal is perhaps not the right word, it contains rosemary, chamomile and eucalyptus which are all fragrant and the essential oils just don't appeal to me personally. It's not so bad I would stop ising it but I'd prefer a sweet or fruity scent - personal taste!
Other oils to try, FYI: JoJoba (very lightweight), Coconut oil (very conditioning for hair), and Maleleukka (sp?) or Passion Fruit oil, very healing...thanx, love ur vids;)
I like the Clarins Beauty Flash Balm too, however the lady at the Clarins counter told me that it was not moisturising and shouldn't be used on a daily basis as it can dehydrate your skin! Though the Clarins website doesn't mention that. I think the Clarins lady told me fibs lol.
hi khila you were talking about your perfect colour match with the nars sheer glow, have u tried the new no7 match made foundation service? iv heard about it and i want to try it but id love your opinion on it
I picked up the 51 healthy mix serum to but its abit too light so i've been mixing it with my loreal lumi magique which is abit on the dark side (bought for when I have a tan) x
Great dupes for the naked palettes and only £4 are the makeup revolution iconic palettes, they are exactly the same except for the brush and that there is more eyeshadow, but the are exactly the same in terms of actual product, you should do a review of them!
I really struggle to recommend something so pricey and honestly I'm not SURE that it's worth it but if I had the spare cash and something happened to it I would repurchase
I would like a review on the TARTE Amazonion Clay Foundation. QVC has it on sale with the brush. I bought it but it takes 3 weeks to come to my location and even though i have a youtube channel, Im still chicken to do reviews and get myself on the camera.
Oh Aldi have done a very good copy of Moroccan oil its called Miracle oil and it is a very goood dupe just to let you know its in stores at the moment :)
My thoughts: my skin has something against cocoa butter so sadly, the Liz Earle cleanser didn't agree with me at all. The Bourjois foundation has a lovely feel and formula but even 51 was too dark for me which made me sad. I've been really impressed with the Superdrug sensitive range. Even Simple products upset my skin which is worrying considering it's meant for sensitive skin.
I wish Urban Decay would make an all matte Naked palette for people like myself with mature skin, I tend to shy away from simmer or glitter. I wanted to buy the Naked Palette so much but i know it would be a wast really. I have always been a Revlon nail polish buyer myself but I must say the Essie polish is slowly creeping into my fav list these days, Shh don't tell my collection of Revlon polishes, I don't want them to turn dry on me loll xx
I understand the HYPE & it's great you love it. I do love Urban Decay eyeshadows but as I said, I always have to reach for other eyeshadows to make a look work. As a pro and for my own use I don't find it useful. I would love to make my own palette from Urban Decay but they are way too expensive & in Australia we pay up to triple the price for makeup that you get in the UK, USA & other countries so we have to be picky. & shipping is not cheap.
I just did a Google and yes you are right "Stila In The Know Palette". maybe I should do a little research or look for reviews see what people think of it. Have you ever used Stila eye shadows? thanks for for responding ....Take care Margaret x :)
Just I thought that you would have been blown away by the products, but I think it was just the skin care ones, as I got to the end of the video the products seemed to get better :)
MUA undressed pallet in stead of naked £22 cheaper and i prefer it i also like MUA eye primer does same job as primmer potion £15.50 cheaper over all save of £37.50!!! that is enough for a day out with the family :)
The basic premise is just which products were raved about by many that I think deserved to be.. What did you expect from the video? - Genuine question no sarcasm intended!
I don't agree with the Naked Palettes. Shoot me but I always never find myself reaching for these palettes & I always have to use other eye shadows as these don't have enough matt colors. They are nice but not worth the HYPE unless you're a makeup junkie. & most tutorials I have seen also use other eye shadows to complete a look. So, I don't understand the HYPE when it has to be used with other colors.
it's actually really difficult to not look at the viewfinder now I have it. I have it ready to review this weekend.. love it!
one of the most honest and genuine 'gurus' i have seen in a while. so glad i found your channel :)
oooh I wil look for it.. I'm all about cardigans and dip dye lol
it's very impressive and my next sigma brushes will be more from the sigmax range x
Really I just love urban decay shadows full stop.. In all honest I only use maybe half of my naked palette shades but the quality is the best I've tried and I think if you had to choose only one palette of neutrals this is the one.. Smog is my all time fave
aww thank you! and that's always good to hear
thankyou!! lots of people requested it in my last video so I will do x
yes± perhaps on my blog so I can do half and half face photos though x
I heard about that through makeupsavvy's blog.. keep meaning to place an order
I'm not sure the formula is the best of the best but the packaging.. it wins me over lol
it's good but it's not AS good and if you have the money that you're prepared to spend it's absolutely worth it in my opinion. I really want to try the mua primer though
they're on my list!
no but again.. really not a lavender fan lol.. I'm so picky! I am mont blanc in nars which is light 2. I want to try that no7 thing soon.. looks very interesting!
yeah the sigma brushes are really nice and so is the bourjois foundation!! but i do agree that it doesn't last long!
I have lots but really dislike the lid.. I find it really awkward to apply while holding a big chunky top
fragrance direct! I have bought a lot from there and xtras who are selling for £2.99 x
I don't like lavender either I'm afraid but the current scent isn't hugely off putting it's just not my favourite
aww thank you x

I love the Elizabeth Arden cream but I agree with you about the scent!!! It's really good!!!
tbh I wouldn't.. I think it's a nice investment in your skin long term but the muslin cloth is probably as much as you need x
thank you x
I intend to soon
let me know how you get on x
Definitely try the Real Techniques face brushes - LOVE the blusher brush, it's amazing!! Great video :0)
will do x
thankyou!!! x
mmm.. on the back it says you can use it as a hydrating mask so I'd say so lol
I'm very new to your channel but I like you, you're friendly and honest and I like you! Thanks for making this video x
oooh will look for that
I've never owned a Sigma brush, I really should try them! I gotta try that Bourjois Foundation!! x
Oh I absolutely would LOVE an all matte naked palette.. I could be wrong but I think a brand did actually do something like that. I want to say stila? and I will keep your secret ;)
essie is by far my fav nail polish brand!xx
I miiiiight just have to purchase the clarisonic
Your hair and makeup look lovely xx
the essie fast dry top coat but milo has hidden it lol
i love essie colors put they always chip on me, what is your favorite top coat?
thank youx

Have you tried the 8 hour lip balm? Its sooo good xx
Odd question. What screensaver do you use? I really like the clock. : )
it is

she did one a year or so ago called surprisingly great products x
Other oils to try, FYI: JoJoba (very lightweight), Coconut oil (very conditioning for hair), and Maleleukka (sp?) or Passion Fruit oil, very healing...thanx, love ur vids;)
You need, and I do mean need, to check out the brushes from Bdellium! They are absolutely incredible!
Ooh that sounds amazing! Do you know how much it is? xx
Avon have come put with a cheap argon/Moroccan oil for hair, along with a shampoo and conditioner!!!! They are AMAZING!!! Xx
i wish you would have showed the cloth you mentioned to us. I never heard of it.
Can you do a NARS v. Bourjois (the foundation/serum you showed xxx)
I will be branching out in to face brushes soon

rachel farr I have x
What shade are u in for the borjois healthy mix serum?
I really struggle to recommend something so pricey and honestly I'm not SURE that it's worth it but if I had the spare cash and something happened to it I would repurchase
If you haven't already, you need to try the MUA eyeshadow primer. It's excellent! xox
fliqlo I think it's called x
I would like a review on the TARTE Amazonion Clay Foundation. QVC has it on sale with the brush. I bought it but it takes 3 weeks to come to my location and even though i have a youtube channel, Im still chicken to do reviews and get myself on the camera.
Beautiful hair!
Oh Aldi have done a very good copy of Moroccan oil its called Miracle oil and it is a very goood dupe just to let you know its in stores at the moment :)
Omg! love your clock
WHAT is the eye makeup remover that u use with Clari sonic? I couldn't understand the name...thx
it's my screen saver

haha thanks x
You need to try Models Own's nail polishes ! X
I understand the HYPE & it's great you love it. I do love Urban Decay eyeshadows but as I said, I always have to reach for other eyeshadows to make a look work. if I made a video of only products that blew me away it would be a short video!
aww no just do it!! it gets easier the more videos you make x
Liz Earle has brought out a new cleanse and polish with a lavender scent I think. It's much nicer
haha I know we're not alone!
Just I thought that you would have been blown away by the products, but I think it was just the skin care ones, as I got to the end of the video the products seemed to get better :)
MUA undressed pallet in stead of naked £22 cheaper and i prefer it i also like MUA eye primer does same job as primmer potion £15.50 cheaper over all save of £37.50!!! that is enough for a day out with the family :)
hello,i would like to know ,the name of your nail polish on this video, please?
Thanks a lot;)
A really good informative video x
I love your show
Really want to get my hands on one of the Naked palettes!
Managed to get myself hooked on watching your vids, rather than doing my tax return ;).
I didnt like the beauty flash balm for dry skin at all, my skin flaked up a lot more than if I don't use it
The basic premise is just which products were raved about by many that I think deserved to be.. What did you expect from the video? - Genuine question no sarcasm intended!
Hairs lovely here :)
Your videos are fabulous. Always watching ;)
X Isi
this seems more like a monthly faves or holy grail, nothing's blowing me away :(
I think I made that video already
Thanks. x
It was 4 euro in Ireland so probably cheaper in pounds :)
you need the buffing brush from real techniques!!
You clock is so cool:)
