I'm training for a thru hike of the Colorado Trail after spending 3 years off trail since I thru hiked the PCT in 2020 and 2021. I wish I could say I was ready for this hike, but I totally fell off the wagon over the last year so I know I'm going to be miserable. If not adequately trained, it tends to take me 500 miles to feel strong on a long hije and that's about the entire length of the CT, heh. I'm hoping to incorporate some of your exercises in the long term so maybe my hiking next year is a bit more enjoyable 😅
