- In this Onshape quick tip, #TooTallToby shows us how to make a copy of the default Onshape materials library to create your own custom materials library. Once we create this custom materials library we can add our own materials to the list, rename our materials, and modify existing materials from the default library.

One question, can you make a video on how to create a custom database with welding profiles?
Thanks for this. Newbie here. I'm looking for youtube examples on how to render a house model in the way it will ultimately look. Such as, realistic wood floor with grain, etc. Lights which can be moved altered whose effects can be seen on surrounding walls, floors, and furniture. Can you comment on Onshape's capabilities here?

Side note for anyone actually wanting to just "use" TTT materials, you don't actually have to create your own.
If you search for "TooTallToby Material" in public documents and find the one with the most links (owned by Eric Pesty), it includes TTT materials as well as the custom table to display the masses directly in the three materials so you can add these to your Onshape.
