No Bueno!... electrical panel should be easily accessible in case of an emergency. Also no wood should be used inside a commercial kitchen. Those cabinets will not pass inspection because bacteria will grow there. And also there is no baseboard around the floor. 6 inches minimum is required all around. I really liked the generator enclosure though.
