I wondered the same thing. A 53'x 8.5' version of this would definitely have both a dual reefer and dual freezer.
Total waste of that advance technology smoker. The ribs will be spoiled by the time you get to the county fair in the next state over.

FatAlbert1020 It has a second trailer that pairs with it that is a walk-in cooler...that's what worked best for these particular clients

Brett Osborne most of the weight is on the tail end pass the axle. That BbQ should be sitting right on the axle. When hauling it you can tell. Im a commercial truck driver an I haul oversize and every load out there
@@yapaul6226 I agree. That's why my 42'GooseNeck BBQ trailer design has better weight distribution. Fully loaded she is about 20K.
