I found self love with the help of an intuitive healer, after 49 years of hating myself. The freedom and peace that came from that break through was profound. I no longer needed anyone’s approval, as I did not have to prove myself to anyone any longer, as the one person that I needed approval from was me!. I found the power in my own truth and i realised that I am in fact perfect just the way I am, a loving, empathetic, genuine, nurturing and accepting and non judgemental person towards others. I had no hate towards others only myself and it was extremely toxic and a miserable existence. Adam Roa’s poem “ I am who I’ve been looking for” when I heard it was the final lightbulb moment in my quest for self acceptance and self love. Listen to it, it is very powerful. Great talk and I resonate completely with this. Thank you 🙏 ❤

love this. thank you for sharing your experience ✨✨🌻💛🌻✨✨on this journey of self love, care & acceptance, which has been there all along. and felt as if i had to be in the presence of others that were hurting me to help them ( empath life ) & giving my power away all the time …
when now i deeply & truly know , “that “programming was not my life’s mission. but staying true to myself in every aspect , is.
i’m still walking the healing path, it’s been quite lovely and soft & gentle at times, and an equal amount of toughness , kind of breaking open of those old wounds & some you didn’t even understand the full scope ( or even invite to be opened up, they just appeared.. by trigger . powerful interview. ✨✨🌻🕊️🤍🕊️🌻✨✨

OMG!! The ketchup reference had me in stitches as well as the " hey your all toxic and draining gotta go" so nice to resonate and get a good freakin laugh out of it! I so totally agree with the connection to other planets being our next big shift for the better for this planet!! Hopefully VERY soon! Love love the perspective on intimacy so true and I do believe social media has had a damaging effect on that area for all! We have advanced in technology at the speed of light because most of it is driven by the green dollar whereas advancing in spirituality is an advancement for ALL of humanity verses the dollar, so when we shift to value one another more than the dollar we will heal at the speed of light! I know I'm game!! ❤❤ with love and light Alex. So love the show😊 thank you!

My brother and mother had a difficult relationship when we were growing up . My brother blamed my mom for a long time for his negative feelings about himself. My mom told me for years she wished she had a second chance with him. My brother decided as an adult he could not live with these feelings anymore and sought help for it and now because of covid he moved back in with my 96 year old mother and is giving her at the end of her life this second chance with him. It makes me so happy..im happy for both of them.

54:49 this speaks to the work I’ve been doing on my self recently because in my 20’s I realized that the body weight I carry I do as a self defense because some how after my 2 attacks as a child I decided a biggger outer shell means I’m not desirable to others on that level….but in my 30’s I decided I wanted to let that view go and be a truer me….still working on it.

It's amazing to me how, over and over, when I have a body/health issue, it's truly a demonstration of "the body speaks when the mind isn't able to." What is called psychosomatic medicine; it's not "mind over matter," but the body expressing forbidden thoughts. Feel silenced? thyroid disease. Your feelings are "eating you up inside"? cancer. Don't want to make a journey that is both a duty and a burden? you break your leg....
Need a cushion against emotional blows from other people? grow your own padding.

A couple weeks ago I began to get micromanaged by a new temp boss and to my surprised I immediately got reprimanded/verbal warning out of something she pulled out of nowhere (her rules) and everything ridiculous that came out like putting my health aside before seeing a doctor because work comes first etc. FURY CAME OUT! However, it became a constant reminder to myself that she just needs love. I must send her love and to look at her with her best qualities and treat her genuinely kind. I have found myself being more disciplined in general. There is something so empowering about this act of love and still, I am continuing to remind myself because it tends to bring anger but it gets less and less by simply practicing it. I am finally getting a smile from her. Awe

This was the next piece I was looking for. Something beyond meditation. I’ve been coming to this idea that actually, meditation isn’t what is going to transform the consciousness. It might quiet the mind for a while and you just keep doing that over and over and over again… for however long you are meditating. Then you go “back” to life… and then you pop out of that serene, centred space.
But… there must be a way to be in that space and BE the doorway to the divine… at all times. Or at most times. Not just when meditating.
And I’m realising the only way that seems to consistently work, at least for me, is presence. Practicing presence. Your breath or your body is the one thing that is the most intimate connection to you and with you. And after reading Eckhart Tolle… this gentleman is making perfect sense. The breath keeps you rooted in the present moment. And the present moment is all you have to keep you consistently centred no matter what, where and “when”. It’s all here and now. And what on earth is more present than your own breath? No matter what is going on around you or even within yourself? If you can develop a relationship with that… it’s like a doorway to re-connecting with your true roots. And then every moment becomes a meditation. Not just when you close your eyes and shut the world out.
I’ve been asking myself this and contemplating because I’m a mother of a toddler. Pre-toddler days… meditation was easy and accessible to me. Not so much now. I figure there has to be a better way. There has to be more than just meditation. How do I stay centred- just as I am when I meditate- WHILST little one is hurling pasta at my face? This is one of those ways to that. And it’s not about developing “patience”. Just presence. Being present and surrendering to the moment and then coming at it from a place and space of peace and being inspired from that energy to do what needs to be done in the moment.

Had no idea "Spiritual Emergency" actually existed. After months of research on the topic, a new awareness and a calmness happened. Mental health doctors have no idea how to handle "Spiritual Emergencies". Having just a few minutes with him completely changed my life. I'm not "crazy" after all. As much as I enjoy this sort of podcast, interview, etc. . I can't help but feel one is still stuck in the "I". . .it always seems to be about OUR feelings, OUR liberation, OUR forgiveness or whatever. . . .yet how many of us still sit down to, say, a breakfast of dead animal body parts, without any thought of what hurt & harm we have caused by this simple act.?
What about Other Beings? The Animals, Plants, Insects, & countless other creatures we can't even see, who are harmed by our very presence? I don't think I can ever be "happy" here, knowing this, or accept that I have any right to abundance/forgiveness/joy or whatever.
This seems to be a very dark place, where we congratulate ourselves on higher vibrations & emotions, but often don't change out habits.
I don't expect anyone to agree with me, & assume that many will attack me verbally & psychically for these comments. But this is the truth of what I have experienced so far on this planet . . .that the Thing that Says I has many tricks it plays on itself. And perhaps feeling good about itself is one of them?
I don't claim to know the answer, but perhaps there are still questions that must be asked.

This gentleman is my absolute favorite of ALL your guests. The message cuts through everything to the number one answer. LOVE. That is it. He is absolutely incredible. I can watch him all day. The wisdom he shares is beyond profound. I LOVE the thought of the 2,000 lb ketchup. That is a fabulous metaphor!!

Not only are our pain and wounds the same so is our spirit. The spark of the divine is within us all. Understanding it’s not about looking up and down at privileges but utilizing our privilege to be of service with love to humanity. It is strongly being pushed and accepted that we should look up and down at people based off their birth privileges and also the way the privileges are being identified as worthiness needs to be understood.

What an incredible reminder of the “journey” of doing your passion and allowing the time it takes to become accomplished… And your life purpose is not what you do but “who you become” while doing it.
