- Créée en 1964, cette maquette a fait le bonheur des gamins de mon âge. Malgré son âge canonique, le kit est très juste de formes et manque juste de détails que l'on s'empressera d'ajouter au cours du montage.

What a fantastic P-40! I really love the lowered landing flaps and the scribing that you did. And I'm amazed that after all these years the decals are still good, and they look great! I remember building this one when I was younger, my Dad gave it to me so that I'd stop bothering him. I had a lot of fun building it and went on a lot of missions.

Bonjour Daniel, le P40 c'est comme le solfège quand on apprend la musique: on doit faire ses gammes avant de savoir jouer. Bref, on y est tous passés... Merci encore pour ce sympathique commentaire 😉
Wow, this was the third model plane I ever built! I surely didn't add this much detail when I made this one as a kid. Like the extra detail in the cockpit. Very nice!

This sixty year old P-40E kit is desperately needed in a re-tooled version! I actually built the Academy 1/72 scale P-40E and added the Airfix shark mouth decals to it, and they fit perfectly!

Bonjour. Pour moi né une demi-génération plus tard ce fut le P40N de chez Matchbox. Première maquette de la marque que j'ai peinte de A à Z avec le weathering en série s'il vous plait! Quoique un peu trop prononcé. Le P40 avion qui avait de la gueule (!), surtout dans ces premières versions à moteur Allison et ses prises d'air à étage. C'est la raison pour laquelle je me suis procuré il y a une quinzaine d'années le déjà kit vintage Monogram au 1/48 de la version B. Il m'attend sagement avec d'autres classiques.
Bonjour Thierry, merci beaucoup d'avoir bien voulu commenter cette vidéo qui ne parle pas seulement du P40 mais aussi d'un kit qui, pour beaucoup d'entre nous, fait un peu figure de machine à remonter le temps! En effet, qui n'aime pas le P40? Le P40, tout le monde l'aime et votre commentaire, que j'apprécie particulièrement, en est le témoignage éclatant. Merci encore et à bientôt!
