That "Figure 8's" obliterated my shoulders. Great workout to follow on a daily basis. 💯 PS: I do the 10 min arm workout first; then proceed with this every morning.
You shouldnt workout everyday. U need atleast 3 days rest with each muscle group. In your case you will not build new muscles cause they can never rest build up

I did it twice. My left shoulder is very weak compared to the right. I'm pretty tired now. I definitely need to lie on it to train my left shoulder and - arm. Great video! Congrat!

If your shoulders are weak compared to your other muscles be humble and start with a smaller weight, I just completely fucked up my shoulder blades doing the lateral raises hahaha. Thank you for the videos though man, it was my stupidity that did it.

Hi Tony, another killer workout! Just a couple of questions: I'm using 2 diff weights based on the exercise, is it ok or should I use the "lowest weight with which I can do all the exercises"? PS: I added 30 secs of Pike push up just to be sure to destroy my shoulders 😀
I hope by dumbbell you mean any kind of weight. I don't have a dumbell. So I kind of pack my books in my bag and use that as weight. I'm not even sure how much weight I'm using. Is that okay?

This is such fire, I repeat this set 3-4 and i feel my shoulder very pumped, and i think it gives a lot of long term muscle.
