Cool workout. Quick question. You say do this workout 3-4 rounds. Does that mean the entire workout including the red dumbbell warmup or just the exercise with black dumbbell from round 2?
If I use your workout videos and workout every weekday, and drink protein after the workouts will I get more muscular and bigger? (I have a slim body rn)

Not the warmup, just 1 round of the warmup should be enough.

This wont warm up rotator cuffs its just a isometric bicep hold on the first one do i laying on your side
so its just 30sec each side and then next? I thought you had top do like 4x10 or smth no?
