Last year (2023) when I filled the OTR there was no specifications given in the form whether to add suffix or not with name. But this year there is given not to fill with any prefix or suffix and name should be according to matriculation certificate. I filled name of father LATE SURESH KUMAR as he is deceased but in 10th marksheet it is written SURESH KUMAR and I cannot edit in OTR from my side. suffix 'LATE' Will it create any issue? Sir please reply And what should i do ?
