I worked for a guy just like this. Almost exactly the same in every way. It’s crazy. It brings back memories, and it makes me miss that hustle and bustle, get it done attitude, and the feeling of accomplishment when things come together. That’s what I loved, instead of just letting some Management company running things, you could be hands on and interact with everything and everyone from the bottom, all through the layers up to the top. (Even though the point is to not have to and have trustworthy people who know what they’re doing) It’s just funny to see something like how we would joke about having a reality or Informative show in the real estate world, with researching for contractors, finding properties, fixing them up, estimates and deadlines, leasing, managing people (even managing the managers, collecting and consolidating information, coming up with data sheets, dealing with problems Small and stupid to huge hurdles we’d work around, and all the people in between. Being taught as a protégé was a lifetime experience, but unfortunately life happens and you just gotta go with the wind. I’ve been spitting nonsense but couldn’t help it. I love the channel, the videos, and how you’ve stayed with it. Especially seeing real character and being able to enjoy something relatable. Bringing this hustle to light and giving people a glimpse with some fun in it is great! Thank you and Good Job 👏🏻

You basically flip or turn over these deals as fast as possible. I'm located in northern Washing state and would like to build multiple 6 plex buildings and never sell them in my lifetime. I have a plan to do this debt free and become as wealthy as you, possibly even more in about 12 years from about average means. Hopefully I can get my wife to be as hungry as myself so that she cheers me on as she supports me especially in the beginning where the growing pains are heaviest.
