The whole Ferrari scene reminded me of the time my ex got mad and hostile when I decided to sell my house to pursue other real estate deals and all she cared about was what her friends and family would think of her living in an apartment after living in a house. It kinda sucks to have to go backwards sometimes in order to move forward, but what really sucks is when your partner only cares about herself and what others will think. Ouch, I know this is staged, but Ben Mallah is worth or was worth $250M, the wife probably would have a hard time making $50K a year in the real world. Ben Mallah II made a very great point about government trying to help out people, but the problem is who helps us when the mortgage payment is due and property taxes need to be paid.

Also I liquidated all my stock positions in January because I was concerned about market volatility during an election year. I feel liked I've dodged multiple bullets this year. I'm waiting for a multifamily foreclosure to reinvest in, that market is due for a crash.

Same, house is paid off, no debt, just sold a condo at full ask price that I was using as an Airbnb before all this craziness happened. Also I liquidated all my stock positions in January because I was concerned about market volatility during an election year.
I feel liked I've dodged multiple bullets this year. I'm waiting for a multifamily foreclosure to reinvest in, that market is due for a crash.
