Oh man, I live in Greenwood and I walk past the area that you guys were all the time. It would have been so cool to see you guys in real life. Also, to your point about some homes being on the market for a long time right now, there is a house on my street that has been on the market for a long time. It is a shame, because I would buy the house if I could afford it. It is rare find (I think) as far as Seattle real estate goes. Maybe it would be a fun video tour for youtube? The address is 702 N 86th Street, Seattle, WA 98103.

That house is beautiful! Looks like it is pending, but it did take about a month to get there. Say hi if we ever bump into each other in the wild!
