Moira cosplay was as fast as it was because (I think) Blizzard pays people beforehand to generate more hype for the character and because SHE LOOKS AMAZING!
Theo Skelton Yup, Blizzard hired Henchman Studios to make that cosplay. They also recently did Doomfist, when he came out.
They commissioned someone to do Sombra when she was revealed last year as well
that was Henchman Studios as well

Help from Blizzard. That girl is part of an official cosplay "company". She's with the famous Doomfist cosplayer. They get info from Blizzard

Essentially, Blizzard contacted the person, gave the design and concept art of Moira, and asked to make a cosplay of her, some time prior to Blizzcon and Moira's reveal.
Sombra had lots of leeks, so I wasn't that surprised.
Info about Moira has been, water tight.
Amazing that someone made a high-quality Moira cosplay. She was either LEGENDARILY fast at making it, or LEGENDARILY good at keeping secrets.

Germain Cortes When searching for a competitive game, I get a noise, and then 'failed to connect to server' in my console, all before ever seeing the chart of players. This has to be a bug on PS4. And not only does it ban me, but losing SR sucks. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 days. I am sure it happed to other players also.
Why are u playing Overwatch on a PS4?
ZYV you have to contact PlayStations because blizzard only runs the pc version and Sony runs the ps4 and Microsoft runs the Xbox edition.
