A very important topic. Crime in the Muslim community must be talked about more frequently. Access to and prioritisation of education or technical school, as a viable pathway to a decent life is very important. Not all children have parents who place importance on education/skills. However, there is only so much that can be ‘blamed’ on parents. There comes a point where personal responsibility cannot be ignored. The criminals/ sinners/ thrill seekers are hanging out with the ‘wrong crowd’, having fun, pursuing pleasure, or committing crimes, but there is only so much that can be blamed on lack of education or resources. I guess I’m trying to say it’s both, lack of vision for a good future due to lack of education, training, resources, but at the same time pursuing pleasure and criminal activity doesn’t have any negative consequences until one is caught, prosecuted and imprisoned. It’s a multifaceted problem.
I had a family friend who got stabbed to death because he was around and involved in these things and with these types of people, may Allah protect us all ❤
when you don't become friend of your kids ,, and don't show them love and support ,,, gangs of street will become friend ,, and will guide them the way they want ,,, and at the stage know that you lost your kids , you failed and admit it

I think it’s just poverty and uninvolved parents like always. But some people just have a thirst for fast money. They would be criminals rich or poor.
