Because like with any surgery, a lot of bad things can happen with an inexperience of the surgeon, and the surgeon is not very gentle. You’re the quality of your skin, the quality of blood and your fat and all of that there’s a lot to consider and not 100% safe every surgery has its risks!

Omg i thought the most i would be able to get is a subtle change. I don't want to get implants because of the longterm illness it can cause. I have boobs but after losing a lot of weight they seem a bit deflated lol I'm definitely optimistic about the fat transfer now tho. That is ons great result! It didn't look like your chest could expand a lot but it did! How many cups increase was that? And how many Cc fat did they harvest?
I had fat transfer - went from a saggy flat A cup (had a child and then lost 76 pounds) to a very full B cup. Yes, some of the fat goes away, but I'm still a B cup. The lift turned out to be what's called a donut breast lift. Why? I don't know but I guess when you are only an A Cup, doing a FULL lift takes away so much that you end up with a MINUS A cup. LOL. I'm happy being a B cup. I can fill out my bra. They will never be perfect. but better!
Can I ask who your surgeon was? Your results are beyond amazing.. I have to get my implants out for health reasons and I want to do a fat transfer to fill in the area

I wish I had done this years ago. I got saline implants when I was 25 and that was over 13 years ago. I’m so glad it worked out for you. I’m not sure if they had this back in 2009. Question- Have you ever considered moxi laser? Or heard of it? I have a lot of hyperpigmentation and it’s supposed to help. Just to nervous to try anything that doesn’t work ugh
I don’t think fat transfer to breast was a common option in 2009 :( the plastics world has grown a lot since then. I have not heard of moxi laser but I will look into it ! Thank you for sharing :)

took about a year total for the final result. my doctor was honest in saying that most people do this procedure twice to get the desired size result they're looking for. i am totally tempted to do round 2 but i'm ok for now :)

thank you! i started off with an A cup and now im a C cup, so i went up two cup sizes. I dont know how much fat specifically was harvested.
