Exactly I spent hundreds trying to reverse some aging I noticed mid 40s .. they literally did nothing. I’m planning to use up what I have and go minimal, cleanser and beef tallow for moisturizer and Botox if needed. I wanted to try less invasive before Botox but it didn’t work and I wasted so much money. Even tried hifu laser for 400 which also did nothing.

They were ripped and I didn’t know but it was causing BII , I had panic attacks severe like twice or 3 times a week and a really bad anxiety 😥 but now these lumps are stressing me out . I have a doctors appointment in 2 weeks but I don’t want more surgeries I wish they can just go away with massages because I’m also scared of steroid injections … thank you for your video I’m glad this is something normal and I’m Not crazy 😥

When I got my first fine lines under my eyes I panicked and got an expensive age reversing eye cream. Within a few days I had milia, dark rings and puffy bags I never had before. From there I consulted beauty reddit, talked to professionals, tried to do all the right things and use only the "best" products for my skin type and situation but everything stung and made it worse. In the end going back to only just water my skin calmed down and healed on its own. I still have fine lines, but I look way better this way then with all the product damage and irritation. Oh well. Getting older is actually a blessing anyway. :)

i always thought my acne was because of hormones and stuff but now im starting to think it's just skincare because tell me why it has been years using skincare and my skin is either the same or worse. I just looked at pictures of me way before i had skincare... literally not a pimple IN SIGHT. I'm done with skincare (besides sunscreen) for good

Great video and information sharing. I agree! I will add though that Manual lymphatic drainage Focus is NOT on the incisions at all. Its on the lymph nodes (inside our body) and helping them to properly drain. Now of course there may be drainage during the MLD session from them moving the fluids during the session, but the MLD specialist should not be focusing on moving the fluid out of your incisions. In fact thats a red flag if they are (AND IF THEY ARE NOT A NURSE OR DOCTOR). The fluid in our bodies from the sugery will naturally come out in our urine mainly, and sweat. That is what the MLD specialist is helping to happen. And if done correctly after your MLD sessions you will urinate a ridiculous amount of times, which is what you want to happen. This is what the Lymphatic system does, it helps the body to drain. The incisions are just another tool that assists with drainage, and its a SECONDARY TOOL TO THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM DOING IT VIA URINATION. If the MLD at every session is trying to push fluids through your incisions and focusing on keeping them open to drain...this too is a red flag! Your surgeon wants your incisions to naturally close after the drainage tubes are out. As the video creator mentioned, she didnt even have drainage tubes, so its critical that her incisions naturally close on their own. But if a MLD specialist is focusing on pushing fluid from the incisions and keeping them open, this is deteimental to someones health and their results. RECAP: During MLD, fluids may come out your incision areas, but it is not the focus. The focus is on moving fluids so that your (inside) lymphatic system works properly in expelling the fluids (via Urination).

I cannot tell you how much your videos have meant to me! You are literally the only person I’ve found who has the same scar line as my blepharoplasty. I’m five months out and though much is healed we have to do a revision on the ends tomorrow and I’m a little scared. There are small indentions where the suture came out at the end and even makeup won’t cover that. (Also - thank you for your makeup tutorial with the scarring!) Let ya know how the revision goes but I really wanted to tell you I appreciate you!

My mom’s dermatologist friend always said that, all you need is a good cleanser a good moisturizer and a good sunscreen. That’s it. Taking care from the inside is way more important. No matter how many skin care products you buy. Once you hit that age, you’re gonna look older and that’s completely fine, we all have our turns

Its sad because before i started "skincare" i had beautiful skin that was truly flawless and always got compliments. At around 18 i started cleansing because i was told i would need it and thats when everything went down hill.... I ended up over producing oil, clogged pores on my nose, breakouts, a lottle red patch on my one cheek that 6 years later still hasnt gone away fully. My mom and her mom would use ponds cold cream and thats it and their skin is beautiful, only sunscreen when they would be out working in the sun and thats it. My mom is much more conscious of sun exposure nowadays and her skin is more even tone so sun can certainly cause issues, but her skin is looking way better than any other women i see that do a crazy skincare routine. My mama is in her 70s now and is the definition of aging gracefully and thats what I want ❤ Less truly is more

Same thing happened to me Had perfect skin throughout teen years until beauty school we had to give each other facials using dermalogica, an expensive brand. I completely broke out and my skin has never been like it was. I'm 24 now and mostly get hormonal acne which is a different story, but I do regret using those products on my young skin . Better to keep a minimal routine
