It looks like she's sitting in an office doing that thing. The third member is Yuika Shima. I don't know as much about her. She has been working in the entertainment industry ever since. The last few years mostly as an actress. She and Iida Raura (also a former Sakura Gakuin member) had an online show called Spika no yoro (Night of spika in english) You should check out when Ayami was their guest. She did the worlds best burikko (acting super cute as a child)
Yuika was invited to join Sakura Gakuin as an original member, but the commute was too long for her age. She is a very pretty young woman now, and is busy with her career. She went to one of the recent Babymetal concerts and talked with Su after so they're still friends, Ayami is of course friends; when asked about her relationship with Su she said to listen to the Sakura Gakuin song Friends

Yes, Karen Girl's was formed to perform the theme songs for the anime, so the group only lasted as long as the series. At the time, I don't think anyone could really foresee just how it would lead to even greater things. Maybe only the Fox God. :)
In the previous Over the Future video, the girls appearing and disappearing and the flying boxes were a reference to the anime characters psychic abilities (teleportation and telekinesis). The subway locations were from the first episode of the anime. In this My Wings video, the set represents the helipad on top of their building with the surrounding cityscape from the second season. The wings represents the direction of their growing psychic powers.
