- Join us as we venture to Devon, England, to visit Dartmoor Zoo. It was our first visit to the zoo and we really enjoyed it. 15-20 minutes on from Plymouth, the zoo is home to Zebras (AJ’s favourite animal) & Lynx to wolves & jaguars and many many more species of animals, birds, arachnids and lizards!
We highly recommend a visit to Dartmoor Zoo!

I'm in American that started admiring Benjamin Mee for what he did for the zoo and his family after watching We Bought A Zoo (one of my favorite movies after The Princess Bride) and reading his book. One day, my wife and I will make it out there to visit but in the meantime, we'll live vicariously through your video!

Great place to visit! Glad you went. we loved it many years ago the film "We Bought A Zoo" was based on Dartmoor Zoo! Love the McDonald's "intro" 😂😂 good vlog

@@theBriceSide we went years ago around August it was busy but warm and dry most of the animals were out and about! 🦧

Great place! Remember going there many years ago when they used to bring out Khan, the Bengal Tiger cub. Right up close and personal, he even stole a lady’s handbag from her hand and chewed it thoroughly! One idiot with an Alsatian on a lead tried to get it near the tiger - the dog wasn’t having any of it!!
The Christmas light show is brilliant - if they have one this year: will PM you some pics.
We really enjoyed it. The weather was hot and miss, but we’d go back for sure. 👍🏻
