Home Made Afternoon Tea For A Special Person

Its Sharon's birthday on 16th August so we decided to make her a Cream Afternoon tea. Myself, (Dickie bow) and Juniper opened our tearoom for this special person.
Here are the ingredients for our Cream Tea for someone special.
For the scones,
350 grams of self raising flour,
1 teaspoon of baking powder,
85 grams of butter,
Four tablespoons of sugar,
175 ml of milk,
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
80 grams of sultanas,
A beaten egg to glaze.
Scones filling is clotted cream, strawberry jam and butter
For the sandwiches, we used smoked salmon pâté
Cheddar cheese and some slices of cucumber,
mini lemon drizzle cakes,
flavoured meringue kisses
A good cup of English tea served in a China pot with cup and saucer.
Air fryer 160 deg C for 10 minutes
