This is the exact same outside of the furry community, when you just look at humanity in general. Some people are absolutely horrible, but the huge majority are at least decent people.
Point 2, yeah it aint 100% a fetish, that statement is immediately wrong. And i wouldnt say the fandom is a fetish either. However the vast amjority of fandom spaces are saturated in nsfw subjects and topics. Not to the point of erp or just straight up sharing nsfw pictures, (even though there is a lot of that happening) but things like fetish jokes, sex jokes, innuendos, etc. etc. all of that is a major and core part of the furry fandom. So saying its not just a fetish is true. Saying that the fandom isnt nsfw is false.

That's not even counting the fact that there's innuendos and sex jokes and stuff like that, 50% of the fandom is explicit nsfw material as shown in social media platforms. I am thoroughly willing to wager that *at least* another 47% of the fandom is indirectly NSFW and somewhere that minors shouldn't be. It's a deeply rooted thing in the furry fandom and it's not really going anywhere soon because of it. I'm glad that you are making a safer place inside the furry fandom ecosystem, none of this is directed at you, just that facts need to be seen correctly
I understand your point, and there is a lot of NSFW here, but it's not nearly as open or out there as outsiders believe. Like of course you'll see NSFW stuff on e6 or the NSFW tab on FA, but you kinda have to be searching to come across it. I allow people to make NSFW art with my sona, but I can't stand a lot of rule 34 with certain characters who I could never see in those situations.
