    Not trying to bust balls, I think you have some good content here. However, if you’re trying to run a total shoulder case (by not asking questions in fear of retribution from your TM), you’re going to piss them off way more when you mess something up because you were too concerned about how it would make you look. Furthermore, there’s the patient outcomes perspective and messing with that (for your own benefit) isn’t something I’d recommend. The shoulder is incredibly complicated so perhaps that was a bad example to use. I get what your saying, but there are times to ask a question and times to (figure it out on your own). When it comes to the patient, or your TM’s relationship with a surgeon, ask the question. It’ll work out far better in the long run. Additionally, never asking questions could be confused with lack of engagement so be careful there.

    Would you recommend Medical Sales College as a good way to get an entry level position? I'm currently a travel nurse recruiter, but have always wanted to get into med device sales.

    Do you have to be super tall and attractive to be a sales rep? At my hospital all the sales rep guys and gals could probably be models haha
