Loving the content. I have to agree with RJ that I need to be more discerning with getting what you review cause I end up loving it all. Filling out my local city by dropping in The Black Bull Inn, that bastard Chromas, Doctor Zorse and the Widow Gillyflowers.
Digging the isometric one-pagers format. Great ideas for GM. Just enough details for me to run with it and fill in the rest. Feels very Shadow Dark or Mork Borg!
Yeah - the ideas are just amazing. Since I almost never run things straight up, I'm always on the look out for ideas, rather than the "perfect adventure".
Not sure if you already saw this, RedMageGM, but another issue of Letters from the Dark is out. Im hoping you'll review it soon because: a) I bought the prior four on your recommendation, and b) I'm on the fence about this one...
I hadn't seen that - I will most likely be checking it out at some point! I'll admit that the subject is much less interesting to me than the previous four.
@@RedMageGM Same here regarding the subject matter. But there's a better-than-even chance I'll pick it up one day out of respect for the overall quality of this 'zine and my desire to have a complete set. LOL
I’m quickly (slowly) learning that I’m going to have to use some judgement and not just go get every adventure you share… because you share too many (please don’t stop). I know, a lot of them are PWYW, but I try to give at least something…
Maps look cool in the first one but so unusable. How can you have your players map if the map isn’t gridded? 10 rooms per floor is pretty bad, no jaquaying, no room for the stocking tables to work themselves out. Just my 2 cents
I tend to use theatre of the mind, and have players map things out themselves, so the gridless doesn't bother me. In fact, I kinda think of it as a plus! It lets me adjust the sizes based on what I'd like easy enough. (Of course, that's true even with a grid, but I feel better about it for some reason :D)
Designing each level as a OnePageDungeon is brilliant. This is a pattern of excellence ✨️
I 100% agree! People need to take note of this design and copy it. :)
Seriously. Don't know why i never thought of this before. 👍
It's not just you. My adventures were just...pages and pages. :D
Thanks for sharing! This is incredible!
I love the channel. Great stuff. I love that this is really system neutral you could play it in d&d 5th E, SD, osr or whatever.
Yeah, system neutral stuff is awesome!

I think those are perfect drop-in locations to really spice up a city! I'm adding them into my upcoming one as well!
Bought ‘Ill Met in the City’ yesterday after watching your last video. 👍🏼
That little booklet is such a good one!

Thanks mate!
Man, I love these!
They're pretty amazing!
@@RedMageGM I keep having to sneak small drive-thru rpg purchases because of you!
haha, well, at least they're small?
Excellent recommendations, as always.
Yeah, these are top-tier adventures!
This is the exact content I come here for.
Glad to provide it!!
This is the way.

Oh I definitely know how that feels! My completionist mindset really comes out with RPG stuff.

haha yeah, there are too many great adventures out there! Discernment is necessary to avoid bankruptcy. :D
Same sentiments, we’ll never catch a break - Red Mage is a machine!
haha you've discovered my secret! :D
STOP MAKING ME SPEND MONEY!!!! LOL
Sorryyyy :P
