You and Ben make the best videos on TH-cam... What I love is that you guys take the time to compose beautiful shots and seem to care about cinema and not just “vlogging” to get as many subscribers as possible... In fact, I can’t ever remember either of you asking for a subscriber, you let the art speak for itself... truly amazing and inspirational work!
Nice Cam buttnail, vs thumbnail!! What a serene day on the water with a stunning sunset. No fish were harmed making this vlog. We're burning up over here in the San Francisco Bay Area! 🔥🔥🔥 It reached 116 F (47 C) in Livermore only 59 minutes southeast! Today's just beginning and it will be anither scorcher today.
Outdoor bathing watching elephants through the trees WOW. Elephants watching YOU bath:) Maybe. Could be. 04:53 that water looks so smooth and silky. Another drone film of crocodile. Feel like he was aware of the drone and was still wondering what was above him. The eagle in the tree was Great and the Hippos. NO FISH CATCH But the beautiful sunset. The drone filming was WOW.
This sunset left me speechless, how incredible must it have been to see this beauty live and not through a camera?!? Love your vlogs and you're getting so much better. It was as always a pleasure to follow you on this crazy adventure. :)
Beautiful series of vlogs you've been posting for the past few months, they really do a magnificent job at capturing the true beauty of the different countries you have visited. I'm going to Sri Lanka in 2 weeks and hopefully I'll be able to capture and document this trip like you guys can. Besides watching both of you for the beautiful trips you guys are able to do and inspiring me to go visit those gems, I'm also able to pick up a few ideas to improve my own photography and videography. Little extra and I hope you'll understand: Jullie twee zijn zo getalenteerd en hopelijk blijven jullie zo een goed werk leveren.
Wow this footage is gold. I hope you and Ben put together something to be seen on tv like National Geographic. Yeah there's shows on like that but nothing like this reality. Okay going to watch Ben's vlog now. Lol
Rad Silver Haha, what a compliment :) I've still got a lot of work to do before I'm anywhere Nat Geo ready, but Ben could definitely give them a run for their money!
Nicole Eddy just both great styles that totally compliment each other. It's pretty amazing to watch actually. You guys are brave out there, lol, you make it look like another day at the office in these elements. Meanwhile I'm sitting here thinking what the hell is going to jump out of that water! See ya next vlog! 👌
It looks so good😍 Can't wait to watch it! Also, are you and Ben going to sell prints or something when you get back to Cape Town? That would be amazing!!!
We camped there when I was a chid. In the middle of nowhere. I can’t remember if I heard anything during the night but we woke up to our food everywhere and a honey badger literally trying to steal a cooler bag full of food. And he was damn sure he was going to keep it. Little bugger had some attitude. And brains. The way he went through our stuff and opened containers etc. Clearly not his first rodeo.
Yeah, that’s definitely rule number one. Not swimming. Holy crap, we dived off our house boat in the centre where it was more safe. Opened my eyes as I reached my lowest point and everything was the same colour as a croc. Shit, I got out of that water fast. Didn’t get back in but my step brother was water skiing and obviously spending some time just floating around waiting for the boat to circle back. Yeah, I don’t think I could do that. Then with the fishing, not always the case but usually bream are close to the shore with some vegetation in the water (keeps them hidden from birds). And the tiger are more amongst the dead trees which adds to the sport because they get the line tangled and snap. I once caught a muscle there. Was the strangest thing. Didn’t even know they existed there but I put my line straight down next to a tree we were tied to. And at some point I just reeled in and there it was. Still find it strange tbh. My dad caught a squeaker and didn’t know how to handle them. It somehow put a portion of its top fin, the main spike, all the way through his middle finger. Mind blowing strength for a small fish. First time I ever heard him swear. I miss this place. So peaceful. maybe not so much when you’ve just been stabbed by a fish. 🤣
If fished many times at kariba dam and every time I've hooked a big tiger I always think I've stagged on a tree, catch and release always, dam those bottle nose fish are so weird
Loving the Vlogs Nicole! This may seem like a stupid question but how is the park commercially viable there has been so few visitors this year? Does it pick up later in the year or do they have other ventures to keep the lights on?
Jack Kelly That's a good point, majority of the visitors come in to the park via house boats or via water transport on the lake so I think there is a good flow of visitor traffic going on.
He was teaching people first aid in bush camps. The people he just taught ended up saving his life after he was bitten through his stomach by a hippo. The story is insane!
Anne Potentially, when I get home, I'll be writing a blog post of our route, self drive info & border crossing info so I might include a couple places that we stayed too :)
when nicole and bens vlogs go up the same time! YASSS

michaelbmast Thanks so much Michael :) Appreciate it!
You're smashing it, girl. A real pleasure to watch this. For real. Congrats.
Drone shots in a Nicole vlog are a nice treat.
Yes Ben Brown and Nicole vlogs at the same time! All we need now is one from SP for the hat trick

Gorgeous thumbnail! You are killing it Nicole. 💜
Fish count: 0 Spectacular drone footage count: 100
The drone shots at the end and the colors of the sky when you guys were heading back were magical. So good!

What a magical experience that would be, even without the tigerfish. That is some of the best drone footage I've ever seen. Thanx.

It looks so good😍 Can't wait to watch it! Also, are you and Ben going to sell prints or something when you get back to Cape Town? That would be amazing!!!
Hanna Lundgren I think that's the plan, yes :)
Hanna Lundgren Yay for prints! I'm decorating everything in pics from this adventure. At least I will feel like I have been there!

One of your best Vlogs. Definitely. :)
Ridiculously beautiful!!

P.S. Ben jinxed Cam, so I will put the blame on him. :P
Too much jealousy right now! everything in me wants to hop in the car and just drive up to Zim! Awesome vlog Nicole :)
fantastic footage
Don't swim why??? I'm so curious about safety! Awesome drone footage too! Gorgeous Eagle! Great vlog all around. Love the music too. 👍🏼✌🏽❤️
Crocs and Hippos in the water

Make Steve tell you about being attacked by a hippo! It's an amazing story. So cool you are in Musango!
Jeff Curry Whaaaat...now I'm intrigued?! Damn, we're going to have to back to hear this one...
He was teaching people first aid in bush camps. The people he just taught ended up saving his life after he was bitten through his stomach by a hippo. The story is insane!
What an amazing journey. Will you post an intinary of everywhere you stayed?
Anne Potentially, when I get home, I'll be writing a blog post of our route, self drive info & border crossing info so I might include a couple places that we stayed too :)
Are you still using your iphone? Because it looks amazing
morgan riddiford I'm using the Canon G7X :)
Shame sorry you didnt catch anything! When we were last there we caught over the 300 fish 🐠
This was good
Totally random question - But are you guys going to Buffer this year?
IamDon Unfortunately not, we will be getting stuck into the rest of these vlog & blogs from this trip as well as the main film :)
Ha! The first year I actually might go and you guys don't go.Bad luck (Second time screening a film at Buffer)
Very cool! :)
Love 🙏🏽
My guy said tilapia and bream. Tilapia is another name for a bream
was that a bald eagle in africa or something similar
Good god, brave call doing that trip in in a Land Rover, the nearest flat bed can't be too close.
Well...24000km later we made it back home in our Land Rover, so no need to feel sorry for us!
Matusadona
Those white Trees in the water from above - fuck me that looks good!
Well, I guess that's why they call it fishing, not catching. :)
why did she go to that old shower hut thing full of spiders instead of going to the shower that was like 5 metres from her bed
That was the only shower in the campsite? The shower next to our bed was completely different place!
If it was me and I saw those spiders 🕷 I wouldn't have bathed 🤕
No safety jackets
helloooo (:
