What a beautiful place to stop in Spain, presume it is part of Catalonia ...the fence near the edge of the cliff looked less than substantial half expecting to hear 'Living on the edge'. The weather looks really pleasant. The cost of water is really reasonable. The wrap looked yummy! Once again the drone shots are absolutely fantastic....at one stage when you were coming down the winding road it looked as though there was a twin red van at the top following you down :)
Thats the back up van incase of accident 😳. Seriously though the roads are so much quieter than the UK. Yes we are in Catalonia. There are demands for independence everywhere you look. Lovely people. Weather is like a warm summer day in the UK but up in the mountains it got down to 2 deg C last night. 👍

Wonderful filming! I don’t suppose you remember the location of this little stopover by the bunker? We are heading to Spain in February and it would make a perfect place for us to stop. What an amazing trip and great video too. It's kind of poignant watching this from here in the UK at the end of 2020. This was just before the C19. Also now looks like there will be some extra paperwork needed for driving around the rest of Europe from Jan 2021 onwards. Pretty inspiring though, great job.

It’s lovely to see you two in some warm weather rather than the weather you were getting in the UK recently! It looks like it cools down at night though. I loved the drone footage again it was fab to see you from the drone driving up the mountain roads. The spot you chose to stay in looked idyllic and when the drone viewed you from afar and we could see the cliffs you looked like you were on top of the world! Keep up the good work and enjoy yourselves!

We're planning a trip to France and Spain in our little red camper in the next few days and so are reviewing your 2020 France-Spain trip (so awful that you had to cut it short because of covid).
You've given us plenty of ideas and inspiration so thank you very much.
One thing we wanted to ask you about, if you don't mind, - as it caught our attention whilst you were cooking your Spanish omelette, - was how did you make your little next-to-the-sink-spicerack? As you'll remember space is such a premium in the nv200 (unlike your beautiful luxurious and spacious consort nova!) so any extra storage is valuable.

It was constructed out of that plastic corrugated board that estate agents use. It was stuck together with superglue and wrapped in silver tape. It lasted 4 years and was only meant to be a prototype. It was secured by tape.

Hi Ken & Carol great series again..just a note if you was in Spain they wouldn't have been german AA gun emplacements they would have been Spanish although prob german made guns, as spain was neutral during WW2 :)
I have since learned they were indeed Spanish guns 👍

Hi, we started watching your videos of the IOM and enjoyed them so much we continued with Ireland, some of the UK and we're now onto Spain. We're very much enjoying them and particularly like to watch on the TV in bed, just before going to sleep. We find the music particularly relaxing and we love the informative dialog. However, my hubby nods off before me (he gets up at 6am), even with the TV on. However, the music is so much louder than the volume of your dialog, I continually need to turn the volume down every time the music plays, then up again when you speak otherwise I can't hear you. Is there anyway you could balance the volume level of speaking and music by any chance, to keep the harmony between us haha? Thanks
As you go further back in the archive the sound quality gets worse as we were not using proper mics and the sound levels in the edit were not that good. It was a big learning curve and so the latest videos sound better.

We looked at the Omnia but it is bigger than the RidgeMonkey compact and we don’t have that much space in our little van ☺️
@@LifeistooshortCK Did you look at the recipies and the way of cooking? They have to simmer for hours and eat up all your gas supply. Yes, you can bake and re-bake bread ... but most of our usual camper dishes can be made in a simple pan or pot in relatively short time. Stuff clings to it so the scrubbing and cleaning after the meal is a punishment. Do not know what devil rode me when I bought it... you are much better off with your "Monkey".

Spain was neutral during WW2, (in theory anytway), so I wonder what those gun emplacements were doing there.
Actually on further reading I think those gun in placements were actually put there by the Spanish not the Germans. 👍

They are actually Spanish guns not German but I only found that out after the film was made 👍
