The West Highland Way Day 3 - Rowardennan to Inverarnan

Welcome to our day three video of the West Highland Way which we hiked in August. The video shows us waking up in the woods of Rowardennan (Rowardennan Youth Hostel Lodge), walking along the shores of Loch Lomond, Rolf and Scott caught up with us and we enjoyed lunch and the rest of the hike towards Inverarnan (Beinglas Farm) where we spent the night, enjoyed more company, great food and drink and had a nice recharged evening.
We're Phil and Nicola, a couple of Yorkshire Puddings, who bought a 20 year old Mercedes Sprinter passenger bus called Popcorn, that was ready for the scrap yard.
Before we travelled to Europe and up to Norway, we headed to Scotland to hike the West Highland Way with our backpacks.

Rolf wringing out his T shirt for the third time 😅 . . . that was definitely the most challenging day of the WHW (even for the mountain goat 🐐), but one of the most memorable (I had to laugh seeing the footage from the bothy again, Rolf is the last person you want to come in when you’re trying to get some kip 😴😂 and I certainly won’t forget that Mars Bar, Twix, and Kit Kat for £4.20 😳) Good to see you gave a shout out to the bar and campsite, that’s where we got to know Winton and Jerome, and I ended up with a hangover after one pint of larger shandy (what a lightweight! 🤷‍♂️) 🍻Hope you’re both keeping well.
