Hey Chad, awesome vid. I am having a power problem as well on my 03 P5 too. Literally did exactly what you did (plugs, packs and wires... plus MAS and fuel pressure regulator), with no results. Foot on the floor it accelerates very sluggishly and above 1st gear hits the limmeter at 5000rpm. Is that close to your symptoms by any chance?
Sounds similar, it would run and start fine in every aspect aside from moderate to hard acceleration it would lose all power. It was obvious what the problem was once I started diagnosing the fuel system and saw the lack of fuel flow.
Good morning, I have a Mazda 6..2.0. Engine stopped I don't know why. Detecting the engine via the computer the device says the engine is all good I don't know the reason possible my brother's advice. Thank you
I was able to get the screws out without breaking them off. The ones that did strip the head out I used a chisel on the edge was able to get them to spin out. If you were to break one off I would probably just drill it out, use something to catch the filings best you can in the tank then use a magnet to clean up any other filings. Then use a self tapping screw in its place.
Do you know where fuel relay is located in this car I can't find it
What's the number on diagram
Nice vid! Which replacement fuel pump did you go with? I’m seeing a few different ones that seem to fit, but with diff flow rate, pressure etc...

Did you have to use easy outs to get the screws out? The screws on my are just want to mess up when I try to loosen them.
