Great short reference list, but it seems you left out most of the ones I give, for reckless play resulting in a foul.

Hello Vincent. Reckless Play that results in a Foul is 90% likely to be a Red Card. I’ve shown two red Cards last year for reckless play

Reckless fouls fall under Unsporting Behavior and gets a yellow. Excessive force falls under Serious Foul Play and gets a red. Check out Law 12 -- Fouls and Misconduct.

If a Refree penalize the team with penalty shot with harsh behivour. The team player changes the shirt and with goalkeeper and takes the position of the goalkeeper. After the penalty shot is scored. The player again takes its own position and changes the shirt with the goalkeeper again.
    What is the corrwct decision?

Often, you can also give a yellow card to any player who disrespects the restricted boundaries of a penalty kick--that is---the players go into the penalty spot before the penalty kick where they need to stay back prior to the kick.
And you can throw a yellow card on a goalkeeper who moves excessively before a penalty kick is applied, especially in regulation play, but not usually overtime in a shootout. The rule of thumb is that the goalkeeper can move about 1/4 of a second before the ball is kicked, but not before. The goalkeeper can squat in ready position without moving one's feet before the kick, and at that point, you don't yellow card the keeper for excessive movement.

You can also do a "yellow-to-red" card booking for "cleating" - using one's shoes in a defensive tackle to intentionally cause bleeding to the opponent especially if that opponent goes down hard. If you see that this cleating has a "willful intent to injure", show the yellow first, and then seconds later, to red to kick the offending player off the pitch.
