Can you please make video on positioning when referee is alone, or when referee only has one assistant? And how to avoid being caught up in play? Maybe some drills for improving your running? Would be much appreciated. Thanks
Another signal I use alot, is if a tackler got the ball ... I put both hands together in front of me, then move them down & around to form a round shape like a ball & have them meet at the bottom ... then repeat going back up. I also yell out "Got the Ball" or "Ball ... Ball ... Ball" if needing to move on quickly.
