It's a journey, that doesn't mean anything that you're old. Our journeys are different. There's a saying that goes like this "don't compare your chapter 1 with someone else's chapter 50" and that is true, you aren't going to get to the next step if you're looking at what another person is doing. There's this quote that says, "if you worry about or look at other people's business, then who's gonna worry about yours?"....Literally get up and fix yourself, fix your attitude towards yourself, fix the words you say to yourself (e.g your comment), invest in yourself. Find out what you like to do. Teach yourself habits that will empower you. Go to gym, if you don't have money then run, exercise. Do something out of your comfort zone. Pray for wisdom to know your purpose. Go to church, engage in conversations that will grow you. Change yourself. Most of the time when we are in a season of waiting, it is to prepare for when seasons of movement come. And if you just sit and wait for your movement season then you're just good as dead. I'd recommend while you're still unemployed to read a lot, read, read, read. Expand your mind. Cultivate the important skills that are underrated such as kindness, patience, time management, communication, conversing with other people, positivity, etc. Network with people, as long it doesn't require you to take cash out of your pocket. Don't just sit, and watch other people like Mihlali and Mmaneo succeed. Don't get me wrong they are amazing and may God bless them, but what's the use of you always focusing on other people who won't even bring money to you?? And in your waiting season, what are you doing to prepare you for when you get a job and lots of money? Your habits, state of mind, your thoughts about yourself, about hard work they do matter...... May God shift your focus to Him so that you may seek Him in all you do. He will bless you abundantly, just believe, pray, set goals, enjoy the season of waiting... May God provide you with wisdom to let go of things that aren't serving you. May he give you courage to take a step into fixing your life, may he continuosly grow you, may he expand your mind so that it may think of limitless and abundant possibilities, may he open your eyes to the talents you have that you can use to elevate you. May God protect you and keep you safe

No one says "that every man is a father" so why do some women feel the need to force motherhood onto every woman? not every woman wants to be, should be, or can be a mother. Motherhood is a choice not a destiny.
I think you can be a mother without actually popping out a child. I havs had some motherly figures in my life that didn't birth me or any child. I think being a mother also means just being caring and nurturing, so it can be to your nieces and nephews, your siblings, a stranger's child as a teacher, you can be motherly to your friends. There are different forms of motherhood that don't involve actually birthing a child. That's just my opinion.
