Love the vid! Back acne, "bacne", is usually caused by a bacteria / fungi from your hair! I used to struggle with it too, until my dermatologist prescribed a medicated shampoo (keto-plus shampoo) for use twice a week and eventually I stopped having the breakouts on my back & chest :) hope this helps!
Medication shampoo is great, but a more simple approach would be washing your hair before your body and really taking your time to wash and scrub your back on those hair-wash days. I've struggled with bacne my whole adult life, and this really changed it for me. I also sweat a lot, so it is very important for me to shower just before and after bed in the summertime. And also, CLEAN and CHANGE your PJs just as regularly as your pillowcases.
I swear by CeraVe, its the only moisturizer that works for my skin and actually absorbs. I have tried everything, used Eucerin for years but my skin would still flake.
With the bath salts and foam baths be careful not to use it regularly as it could potentially change your Ph levels and increase chances of a yeast infection . Once a week should be fine . ❤❤
