Yes the government pays you to learn French but the seats are limited and you have to register it 3-5months before so as to get a seat. Yes you can learn French part time and work part time too 😇
Please tell us how to effectively learn French, I will be joining Concordia University soon, also if possible do share accomodation facility for Indians
