    A lot of bones would need heavy equipment. Driveway to be cut in, then cabin site cleared. Then a well-drilled, special septic design with leach-field. Then the Cabin build. All these costs need deep pockets. Be sad to cut any of it.

    GREAT JOB putting price in the video. Is the lake going to be sold off in a lot of thin lots? I was curious if it's going to be cut up into many lots. You also mentioned a small boat I am curious why? Is it just pretty shallow? I love fishing and when I buy land or a house 🏠 n Maine it's got to have good fishing. Thanks

      The deed covenants will keep the lake from being over developed. The original lots are 40-50+ acres and the lakefront can only be split once. There is no boat launch on the lake.

    What are the typical permit costs and such or is it unrestricted? Did you say two 12 acre lots or two 6 acre lots for 12 acres total? What direction does the lake view face? Beautiful video.

    Any restrictions on the square footage of a Camp building? Would need piers to support Cabin. Holding tank for grey-water, to be pumped out before cold weather of winter. Are roads plowed in winter for vehicle use?

      Hi Mike, Roads are not plowed in the winter. No restrictions within reason on the square footage of your cabin. You could install piers if you wanted. Holding tanks are not allowed in most of Maine when it comes to new costruction.

    Would of the 12 acres can 11 acres remain in current use so you only get taxed on one acre.

      No mobile homes
      Once construction of your building has started, it must be sided within 9 months.
      No campgrounds
      No dumps or landfills allowed
      No hazardous, toxic or dangerous substances or materials allowed on the land
      No multifamily dwellings.

    How far from the lake would you have to have your building Please comment back and how big of a boat and how big of a boat could I put on this lake and can I and can I build a dock for my boat Please let me know and what would be the selling price of this property And how many homes could I build on this property

    The old trees. Are they protected from being chopped down by someone who does not like trees. How many of the trees are native versus invasive species types.

      There are restrictions on harvesting near great ponds. Most of our trees are native.

    This is a year old, wish you would take sold propertys down, or do you want to torment people who are looking for land, I would have put an offer on this.😡
