Hard non layer rocks like granite that have not been exposed to decades or centuries of water in a river or lake then they are safe. These rocks are wet from rain not submersion and would be fine.

Just a suggestion. Don’t heat up rocks like that. They can explode. My brothers friend lost an eye that way.
