Been an Android guy my whole life currently with a 3yr old OnePlus 7tpro Maclaren. Am I crazy to be considering switching to the iPhone 14 pro Max? I'm a power user but it's just simple streaming, verbally asking Google questions, sharing links and stuff to friends. Very basic. So for me it's all about gorgeous display, beautiful transitions and smoothness, and a specialty the phone not freezing up or getting glitchy. And because Apple has its dedicated platform, even though that can be a hindrance in some cases, I know it helps prevent a lot of the outside interference that causes weird little issues with Android phones. Money is not an issue as the flagships are all within just a couple hundred bucks of each other so anyone have any advice that's been both an apple and Android user? I just love the flat edges around the iPhone and the flat screen. Kind of sick of the curved screens as I find you actually lose a bit of screen real estate in the spot where it does curve.

And it is Stock Android not like samsung and others who fills up with Laggy Skins. Doesn't the one UI on the s22 ultra still feel a little too bloated with too much stuff, even though better than before? And I'm not one for messing or rooting the phone etc.
They were the same brightness until you enabled extra brightness. I'll still take Pixel for it's UI and updates over Samsung and it's duplicate apps, personally. Just glad Pixel has a competing display finally, better for consumers to have choice
