Chris Cheng - Five Out Trigger Offense

Chris Cheng shows a five-out offense where all offensive players on the floor are starting outside the three-point line. There are 5 spots that must always be filled unless players are performing an action like screening or cutting.

Which offense would you prefer to use with a 6th grade AAU team . 5 out circle offense or 5 out trigger offense ?

Hi, for this age I would use 5 out circle offense.

Not a fan of the no pull up shot. Makes guys way easier to guard and for youth a pull up is every bit as high of a percentage shot as a three.
