I like it better than tier10 onslaught, pretty quick games and with booster you make fast credits.
Why do you need to dominate? Play this mode for 1 hour, you will get all missions done by then and quit.

It is the best mode for making credits, even better than frontline.
Best tank to make credits is a premium tank that has cheap shells like Patriot. And it also dominates cuz of the DPM. U can perma track alot of the heavies and farm them.
Bourra is OP in this event too tho. it has the same ability as Obsidian so it deals 720 every 11 second or something
Idk man... I feel pretty outgunned in the Bourrasque and the Skoda T56. Those tanks may be good at randoms but can seem to deal with the fast paced nature of Onslaught, especially the T56.

I dont know what everybody has, this mode is fun, i play it even after all the missions, you make a ton of credits, you can grind stock tanks, yolo with kv5 and your friends in platoon you dont need to worry about stats etc.
Exactly, all these sweats that play this mode make me laugh. They're just incapable of relaxing. The amount of gold I've had thrown at me is just amusing, have fun losing credits in an easy credit farm mode.
If you retrain crews for credits you get a penalty on the perks. 60% effectiveness or 40% if you change their role. Then just go play Onslaught 3-9 battles and this penalty will be gone. Especially useful for light tanks, you don't wanna join a random battle with 60% camo perk.

Daily missions can be completed in Onslaught Light as well as earn Battle Pass points and Tour of Duty progress. 15:49
Want to make it fun? Make it techtree tanks only like in T10, its a good way to see which tanks need looking at.

I found the somua sm very good in this game
I liked the mod. It may get better when more maps are added in the future. They may also bring this mod for tier 9 tanks. Many prize tier 9 tanks were given, tier 9 tanks can be tried in this mode.
I love onslaught light so much that I finished the missions in nearly under 3 days. After you’ve completed the path - you will get 20 bonds per mission. So that’s basically 60 bonds per day + 25 bonds for the daily mission
IDK if its still broken, but T57 Heavy was broken in onslaught because you would get the ability back by hitting your entire mag and the ability was faster intraclip reload. Absolute death machine.
Do you mean T57 Heavy? The T54 Heavy is a tier IX premium without an autoloader and is ineligible for Onslaught (tier X) or Onslaught Light (tier VIII).

Hey quicky baby i realized something about tour of duty
In some stages there are 2 ways that are connected to 1 way like stage 17 to 19 and 20 i realized that you can just unlock one of those stages and by doing that you can recieve the carro by unlocking stage 20 so u dont need to unlock 19 and stages like it at all it will -4k points which means 25 days less !
It works 100% because thats how i got carro today

Onslaught Light is only fun for about half an hour to an hour, depending on if wargaming blesses you with good teams or not, but i definitely felt stuck because i was 5 stages in was just done with it but since i was so far i couldnt just quit so now im at the beginning of stage 13 and cant wait to be done hopefully tomorrow
I hope they add this mode as a permanent mode in the game!

Correction: You can use the Fury ability early and it will get stronger as you increase the ability level to max. You can activate the ability later if you want maximum effect early. Confirmed it in a real game while live-streaming.
This game mode is super fun
Im playing this mode with my clan mates which makes it really enjoying no matter how many battles.
The KV5 is also a power house on the city maps and if anybody enjoy the batchat at tier 10, the Lorraine 40t is pretty similar

i played 550 battles in light so far, made 35mill crd and 1 1/2 battle pass chapters. Finished all blackdog variants in points. Finshed all stages in 1 day :D
Astron Rex has been my main tank for this mode.
Its a good mode for grinding fieldmods for not so good premiums

Can't say I'm impressed at all. I tried it for half a dozen games and wasn't having fun. I now understand why I wasn't doing well, but just don't want to commit the time right now, especially as I'm not going to be online for about five days. I'm just going back to Battle Pass games. This is yet another non-starter for me.

Yeah I abandoned the gamemode because I am not good at it and couldn't be bothered to just feed someone, and by extension I miss out on items that I need to be competitive in the standard queue.
This is how Frontlines should be. Choose your first tank based on attack or defend. Hate starting with a tank that doesn’t fit.

I do well in my T32 and AMX 50 100. Playing meta tanks is overrated. It's totally viable to play tanks you like, if you know, what you're doing.

Progetto is elite in this mode. Hit 3 shots and use the ability to reload in like 10 seconds. Incredible.

That mode is good only in one.. its lastest test to show, how bad some tanks are that even andy modificator will not help - like panther 88, 122tm or something like that. they are rubish even here. While some tanks like obsidian are extremly OP here.

I refuse to play any of these distraction modes till WG puts some real effort into improving their basic game. I liked what they did with the D day map fighting from the coast and inland. A combination of bots and human players on both sides might be interesting.🤔

All my matches in onslaught light have been one sided in either direction and fast.
Without even watching the video. Predicting the answer is spam gold or premium tanks. Be super aggressive that only works when the enemy isnt paying attention.
Is there anyway WG can save WOT? there are so many bad players at tier 10 its scary.. and when they gets angry they speak some alien language noone understands

1:05 PSA: THAT SPOT IS A TRAP, a light tank can easily recon that spot and with the right team, instantly delete the tank taking the recon spot.
The first minute of your video and you're bringing up one of my biggest gripes with WOT (console player here). That is selecting a tank without knowing where you're going to be playing. About 50% of the map the game picks is one that just doesn't play well with my selected tank. It's terribly frustrating and seems like something that should have been addressed 10 years ago

when using arty ability: press and hold ctrl or alt button (cant remember which one it was) and click with your mouse somewhere on the map
I hate that all the players are sweaty nerds. Half the enemy team are progettos or bourrasques shooting gold.
This mode blows. The rewards aren’t even worth it anymore. Are used to play when they gave you a piece of bond equipment but now those days are done.

idk what all this hate over onslaught is about, its a ranked mode where good players go and dumbster the bads (no different then the random queue) but atleast they are getting a cool reward, i personally got champ all 3 pegasus seasons and im loving playing my renegade and easily farming 3k damage a game ( imo the bor and obsidian need to be looked at but both die in 4 shots )
edit: all that being sad i am the top 90% of players in terms of stats and always in the top 1000 on the clanwars ladder (super sweat without trying)

Read on armored patrol month ago that devs tested onslaught during their tests on T8, they had fun so they decided to put it at T8

cause clanwars is now 7v7 encounter onslaught adds class based abilities and tier 8 prems to grind millions of credits easily. for the average player its bad for the super sweats its so easy and fun
Literally 90% of my clanmates hate onslaught because of the rank system and getting bad teams. This answers that.

I don’t play enough to know all the ins and outs of how to play this format. All I know is that, often, the game is full of clowns who think a 122TM is a great choice for the game, with its ultra low DPM 😂

That's my problem with onslaught light. It's always the same tanks so it makes farming tech tanks a pain. Then playing premium tanks is so boring

I'm not interested in any game mode where different tanks have different "abilities" or there being magic spots on the map that grants "powers".

I pretty much gave up on this mode because the MM was awful. Defeat after defeat after defeat, with games even more inbalanced than in Random Battles. Just soul destroying shit.

The first play you made in this video is a huge blunder in most cases. If the enemy has a light tank they will more often than not plane you and you take significant damage or die for free. Its not worth it overall, unless you know they dont have a LT. Just saying that for anyone watching who thinks thats a good place to go every game
Yeah a total P2W gamemode. Everyone playing OP premium tanks to be competitive witch you need to buy (or play full time WOT as a job) to get. Bravo WG !

They could start by removing gold ammo/field mods from the mode and remove the many borats every game it's appalling to play it's just not fun
These are definitely not the best tanks for this mode.
First video of yours I've been disappointed in. You didn't really explain much about the game play mechanics and concentrated on tanks that I probably never own. Not all of us are 50 hours a week players and this may be the first time this game mode has appeared. Followed you for a very long time but this just feels like you need to have more of a balanced ability review.
Or just play it for fun, farm credits and upgrades for stock tanks. Why does everything in this game have to be an absolute sweat fest?
You dont need to 'domintate' this mode. Just go play normal onslaught.

Very disappointing. It's not your fault that WG messed up Onslaught again even though they tried to make it different, but again you release a video which can ONLY MAKE THE GAME WORSE.
Ordinary promotion from WOT tips !! (Haha 3-6-8000 Damage) you don't get 1/4th of what you see here in real game!!! These bastards have a modified mod for promotions to see they are still in the top ranks, what he shoots is a hit!! if a tank hits him.. then a rebound... I guarantee that you won't have it that way!! and it will be the opposite on mil. % and besides... don't buy premium or premium tanks!!! it's useless anyway, the server determines the damage,,..determines victory and defeat .. If you upload min Damage to the opponent, the server will automatically flip and give Victory/ if High damage to the opponent - it is automatically Defeat.. You have a tank of 8 levels and you are approximately at the bottom of the team or on the bottom team composition, stacked from level 10 = It's automatically a win because you have no chance to shoot down Level 10 that is: min. damage = victory.!!! If you are on the highest rungs in the lineup, e.g. team level 8 to level 6 , Automatically = high damage to the opponent and you automatically = Defeat!! Server. BLOCKS....visibility, enemy detections, opponent damage, you can just do whatever you want :D !! it's wasted money!! You actually have more losses than wins in the game!! Ask yourself another question.. how many times have you recorded what you see here? (it's easy to play if you're an admin with a good game mode!), and this thieving company gives replays like this every day ... they're just lying to you and fooling you it's a great game, waiting for you to adjust the game mode to the minimum so that you can put real money into it!! Also note that they offer only premium or 10 level tanks, where you have huge losses in the game even during premium, especially if you use gold-i (premium cartridges)!!! , for 1 battle minus up to 8-20,000 cash... if not more... wt.

2. Like in random battle the amount of credits is not modified by winning
3. Credits mainly depend on damage done
4. In onslaught u dont face tier9 and 10. Therefore u dont need to shoot gold which improves credit outcome
5. These onslaughtvgames are super fast, therefore the credits per minute is at least equal if not higher than in normal battles.
