Ive connected CHEEKY shots with it lately. So nice to hit KV-3 at the side and roll for 850dmg at 400M range

The Grille has always been super accurate, but it has a bad relationship with gun handling and RNG
It used to be the most accurate as a replacement for the waffletractor e100. Before the swedish tds were added
The reason for the Tiger II having a bad overall winrate, I reckon, is that it is quite awful stock and one of the first Tier VIII tanks for a lot of players. Players that are still learning a lot about the game having a really bad stock experience leads to them not carrying many if any matches.
With the buff its a force to be reckoned with assuming its fully upgraded with a decent crew, the snap shots feels smooth love the accuracy.

Let's just ignore it has paper armor and it doesn't have ANYTHING remarkable apart from the 360 alpha. It's not competitive in any situation, it's basically a similar case as the AMX65T. Both irrelevant tanks, cannon fodder until you reach the epic tier 9s.
@@unityofvitality-5875 The meme of the german light tank Tiger 2 doesn't come for show, that's for sure. Flat surfaces everywhere and at best 200mm of armor at tier 8 is just sad, tier 6 with gold pen frontally.
The sad thing is that the RNG of the Grille is so bad, that trough this people think WG rigged it, and it CAN be hard to disagree sometimes.

On wot blitz it's the opposite lol it's the high roll god and love the accuracy and it has 3200 base DPM you can get this thing to like 10.5 reload mines 11.4 cause I take the penetration over the DPM

Foch 155 and WZ-113G FT. That Chinese tier X is so disappointing. The tree was so much fun to grind but the tier x can’t hit anything unless really close. Such a waste. And 155 was awesome back when it and the Waffenträger auf E 100 could clip people back to the garage.
@@stevennewman4778 I find it funny how garbage the 113G FT in WoT PC, but in Blitz (the mobile ver) it is one of the most powerful tier 10 *tech tree* vehicle.

It would've been more interesting to see hit percent instead of the accuracy stat, do any of the analysis websites show that or just things like damage dealt and winrate?

I wonder if such stats are pullable from the game data.
Tanks that can take a lot of ammo and can shoot fast would have worse hit percentage since they can blind fire without worry
@@tominieminen66 Could be. But I think on higher tiers, people tend to not spam blind fire especially if the shell is expensive.
Those who like blind firing usually have certain amount of confidence that there would be something (e.g. behind a bush), hence a more experienced players.
Else they would be losing credit and wouldn't really able to play that much again later.
And also it wouldn't really cause "dirty" data to affect the majority of results showed in the distribution graph.
If such data do exist, probably WG internal have one, since this is important for them to see when to adjust certain tanks' RNG multipliers & parameters.
Also this data could indirectly affect their business as well. Since who would've wanted to play a premium tank with terrible gun handling if they put a wrong parameters to be factored into the RNG.
Yes. As you might already know, this gun handling 'RNG' people like to talk about, is adjustable. and only WG internal knows their values and of course they can set it OTA
29:24 That is the Chieftain Mk. 6, not the T95/FV4201, QB. The Mk. 6 only exists in the game files on PC (except for Asia)

Hey QuickyBaby, I know you’re not a big fan of playing lower tiers, but could you do a tier list of all premiums UNDER tier VIII?
No premium under tier 8 is worth your money if your main goal is making credits. But if you want to get them for low tier fun then T34-85M is by far your best option.
@@reanukeeves4436 you can make lots with a tier 6 premium, and not lose as much :)
I love my Grille. The problems are with the very long gun that becomes an issue because of the tank suspension. When you move the tank or when you try to stop and shoot, the Grille hull is swinging a lot. The hull is too bouncy in regard to the length of the gun. This is why you miss a lot of shots.

I managed to get a .23 dispersion with my Leopard 1 and it is absolutely awesome! The reticle feels like it doesnt even opens when you move and I hardly fail shooting at EBRs or tiny LT's
The Tiger II definitely felt a lot much better on Tier 8, than the E 75 feels at Tier 9
Well that is an opinion. The e75 is worlds above the tiger

When the Grille came out, I loved it and was fine with it replacing the WT E100. I got my highest damage game in the Grille 15, I would play it on ridge lines popping up then back down with its speed. After the nerfs it just became more disappointing and the accuracy never seems like the 3rd most accurate tank in the game. Heck I even had the Improved Aiming device on it just due to how it felt.

Most accurate gun in the game but misses a fully aim shot of a broad side of Maus sure ....
(This happens all the time whenever I play the "most accurate" gun in the game)
The reason is because you are "sniping" with a sniper tank. No matter how accurate the gun is, its still really hard to hit shots far away. Thats why inaccurate guns that are played up close hit more than accurate guns that snipe people from far away.

Great video. I always liked that you can easy overmatch IS3 turret because of its higher then it when you face hug them.
I hate this game with every fiber of my body, stopped playing a couple years ago. Gold this gold that, disgusting.

i just finished grinding the fieldmods at the grille (I sacrifized DPM for getting more accuracy) and completly agree concerning the bad pen and shell velocity. I often thought why the hell cant this tank have 295mm pen at AP and 370 at HEAT or APCR, plus 900m/s shell velocity at HEAT is very poor for a sniper TD. But the Badger has even worse values, 272mm pen at AP and 320mm pen at APCR are even worse pen values than the grille has at standard and premium rounds
the grille may have .27 accuracy, but that's the actual rate that it hits its shots... 27%

I've got the Grille down to 0.22 dispersion (Chocolate, Improved aiming, Parallax Adjustment and BiA) without having reached the Aiming Mechanism Tuning field mod which will decrease the aiming circle size another -5%. I should be able to get it down to 0.20, I think.

I use improved aim on my Grille instead of rotation mechanism. Gun handling is always bad on this and the aim time isnt bad, you just gotta get used to it and always aim fully. 0.21 accuracy feels really good, too.
That EBR 105 who ran into the tank traps and then got banished to the shadow realm cracked me up.

My leopard 1 has .22 accuracy. Vents, upgraded bounty aiming, and Prem consumables as well as field mods and brothers in arms

T34 3 is now amazing, they buffed it a couple months ago and wow is it good

Its not worth showcasing. The tank has been out for how many years now. Its the same as it was before with better gun stats and more gun dep.

I was once in the OI. I maxed up concealment as far as I could go. At the start of the battle, I went about 40 metres before I was sniped and destroyed... in the first 15 seconds of the battle. I had barely left the base! That's spotting and accuracy for you!

@@misc1453 You can max the concealment as much as you want on a heavy tank, especially OI, but your camo value will not change much. In other words, do not put concealment in big tanks because it won't make any difference in their camo values. For more info, try the compare tab in game to see which tank profits the most from concealment. Don't expect an OI to be as invisible as an ELC.

@@misc1453 No bro, on big tanks like OI, it doesnt. I suggest you remove the concealment from it.
CVS is objectively worse than Optics if you are choosing between one or the other, its only worth it on some maps if you also have Optics with it, but probably not worth at all on the Leo
i always get sad when i see how the Grille 15 is like now, since in the german TD line both tanks are balanced out, for example the St Emil and the Jagdpanther, St emil has accuracy penetration and damage while jagdpanther has armor speed and dpm, perfectly balanced you would say but if you look at the Jagdpanzer E100 and the Grille 15 it’s quite obvious what tank is better.
Have a really good crew in my udes 03 and love that tank great camo really good accuracy.
hey QB, i just would like to point out that when you were going over the most accurate heavies, you said the chieftain was one of the most accurate. The chieftain shown there is the unreleased chieftain, and not the same as the T95/FV4201 chieftain that is a clan wars reward
To be honest, once people start recognising the potential of the armour of the Strv 103b, the meta of the it went from a tank where you pretty camp at the back to a tank that you unexpectedly brawl with, I think people do that more with other tanks, like artillery lol
yeah no most of the times it wont work cos you just need HEAT to defeat it. It still is best played at mid to long range most of the time

I remember when the light tanks such as the MT-25 had the same DPM as the T-34 and A-43, and i want to love the Grille 15 but it has .40 dispersion when moving the turret which is .10 MORE then the FV4005 which has a 183mm gun. so yeah "accurate"

Your Leopard experience is not unusual for me. Highly accurate tank that regularly misses distant shots. As Claus says, it’s all in the sigma.

according to the ammo description, Leopard 1 has 2 types of APFSDS rounds which should have far more penetration
Yes, the Grille 15 is super accurate. In theory. Having played it more for a while to raise its fieldmods, i can only say however that the "in THEORY" needs to be VERY emphasized. Because its tendency to hit anywhere except CENTER of aim is at an absurd level. Even just sitting out of sightrange and taking fully aimed perfect shots against large, immobile targets, it's amazing how often you miss with it.
I haven't even broken 5k dmg in a game with it yet(ok, so still only 50ish games with it, but compared to other tanks, it sucks, especially considering i have a comparatively very high AVERAGE damage with the Grille 15). Because even in a good match, there's always a few shots that makes you wonder if your gun is bent.

dont think its a skill issue, maybe a playstyle issue, feel like i should be doing more than 3k dpg
leo 1, 20 shots fired out of which 18 were fully aimed, 8 hits. im running vents, rammer and stabs, but now im thinking about dropping the rammer for improved aiming to see if i can achieve at least a 50% hit ratio that way. i have 20% better hitrate in my fucking is-7 with .37 accuracy than my leo 1 with .26. idk man

The tank can be as accurate as it is, but when RNG says "NO" then the accuracy doesn't matter

If I had so much of this game data in my head as does QB, I’d go absolutely nuts and probably hurl my PC out of my window every time I’m in battle and RNG messes up all my expectations. But I don’t, and I merrily swan my way into maps pleasantly happy if RNG favours me and only briefly mad when it doesn’t.

The awful panther was always tier 7. They simply made it far worse and added a price tag.
Tier 7 lights used to have tier 8 mm. So they had to nerf it (or move it up a tier)

im a guy that believes if you can connect 10 shots you had an ok game and thats true most of the time 300+ dmg a shot but generally i have noticed 10 shots is pushing it for some people

grille should have had apcr as gold instead of heat, would also be more logical with the length of the gun and then 334 pen would be fair, but so you can still just snipe with that

I hate the fact that I feel the grind to the Grille was just not worth it. The stats of the thing are insane, but RNG is just BRUTAL 9 out of 10 times. Every now and then I forget about that and take it out of the garage full of hopes and dreams, and return a nightmare.
Show me how to Himmelsdorf QB. I haven’t had a good game in tier7 yet here.
Relatively fast - Hill, don't overpeek, return fire and track enemies
Slow, weak turret - Hill if you think you can make it, otherwise brawl the city, try to get side shots to the alley from the tracks
Slow, strong turret - Try playing alley, practice hitting the weakspots or play as the above
Light tank - Not your map, play supportive, use your movement to catch enemies out of positions and quickly relocate/hide
Oh yes you're right that tank (AFK Panther) was quite nice before it was removed! I would rather kept his older forme instead of the SP1C... Awful Panther was one of my 1st german tanks that i get an Ace Tanker very long time ago! Definitly this is a shadow of its former self!!
When they brought Awful Panther back, Wargaming for no apparent reason decided to nerf its top speed and power/weight compared to the old version. The new version also has far better penetration than the old one, but the DPM is nerfed into the ground.
Honestly, I wish they'd used the Tier 8 version that also got tested (still sitting in the game files as the "Aufklärungspanzer V"), which kept 60 km/h top speed and had a ridiculous 1200 horsepower, 165 alpha, 221 pen, 2,020 DPM, and .30 accuracy. And the best thing about that version is that it didn't have gold ammo. Just standard APCR (that's similar to other Tier 8 light tanks' gold rounds) and HE.
@@RedXlV defenetly mate! they could even bring it with all the same stats then the older version and make it a tier 8 tank. they just needed to adjust the HP for a tier 8 light tank and give it the penetration that it has now at tier 7. just that would be fine!
@@RedXlV not only the DPM all the gun stats across the board were completly nerfed to the ground.. That machine had pretty good gun handling and accuracy and extremely fast rate of fire that is not the case anymore...
This leopard 1 load out is the most Frampton thing I've ever seen.
