Our dogs would love the spacious backyard. I love its modern contemporary design, the trees and greeneries surrounding the property. It is very affordable compared to the properties in Ayala Alabang, and it’s just a few minutes from SLEX. I found its exact location based on the drone shots.😍

As they were not shown, how many persons can fit in the staff room? Also, with the garage size, is there a male staff / driver’s room? How many people can fit? I did not also see any dedicated laundry area, or any place the staff can hang out in. I hope your team can focus on these features as well. Most home buyers who have the money for this market segment will bring an ENTOURAGE of staff with them when they move in. Not showing it will make prospects rethink of even driving up to the property to check it out if their staff will not have a livable space.

I see those synthetic fake marbles tiles used all over SE-Asia. No matter how premium property they always have to be there and everytime they make me cringe. They are tacky and cheap looking and communicate a complete lack of taste. Even just processed concrete looks more classy and fits to various decoration styles

I watch vlogs featuring expensive and luxurious properties. Nowadays, master bedrooms are called "PRIMARY" bedrooms. I wish our local realtors would call or refer them as primary bedroom....
Nah it's the same. It's called masters' because the biggest room in the house belong to the ones who purchased the house in the first place. Whether you like it or not, may hierarchy pa rin sa isang family unit. Kids wouldn't respect, let alone obey parents who they can just push around. It's the same with primary. Why the heck is it called primary when we can call it "main" instead? But then again, why is it the main room? Maybe the best thing to do is to not label at all, but that wouldn't make sense, amirite? I swear to god y'all mfers nowadays tryna be politically correct even on videos like this.
