Hello.. If I could give an advice lang po, kindly refrain from using the word "eye candy" it means kasi attractive lang sya from the outside... Superficial yung ganda nya....
One reason for a property to be expensive is the location. This is located in Loyola Grand Villa which is one of the prime subdivision in Q.C. Aside from the materials used.
wow! I didn't expect the beauty of this house from the inside. the symmetrical facade kinda feels different from usual but upon entering the house it feels like you're in a different world. I really love it! I love the design, the color palette, the layout. it's gorgeous! I just hoped you also showed us around the house property. *by the way I just noticed there are some parts of the video that are shaky. aren't you using gimbal system? haha!
It can't possibly be the norm that these homes are selling for these prices. I mean, that's more expensive than many homes in the US for the same square footage in a nice neighborhood. We're talking about $1.6 million USD here, that would get you a very nice home with a pond or a small lake in the backyard in a rich neighborhood in Texas or even Florida. Don't get me started on the dinky lot size, that's only 0.12 acres! What is wrong with the housing market over there? We just purchased a beachfront property for P1.6M pesos in a nice location in Palawan, 800sq/m. I could build that house there for P20M pesos easy, and that's a consumer cost. The builders have access to even better deals. If people are really getting caught up in these type of real estate transactions in a third world country, something's very wrong. I do love to watch these videos to give me ideas of what I want to build, but come on, who can afford that in the Philippines? Does an actor or actress own the home? With that said, keep the videos coming, it's still entertaining to watch.
Then go and do it there in your good ole America. Metro Manila is smaller than the the US. It’s limited space while America has so many states with its own cities that you can choose to reside in. Metro Manila is still the capital of the Philippines. When you get to Ortigas and Makati it gets even more expensive because of the concentration of businesses and other commercial spaces. BTW, with the way you’re writing, do you mean the Philippines’ prime locations are not worth its bucks?
@@me2cb488 No, it's not worth the bucks. I think it's just foreign investors buying them up thinking they're going to keep going up in value. It's still a third world country trying to command first world country prices. Land is not that difficult to get in the Philippines, still plenty of it. But institutional investors would make you think otherwise. Same thing happened in China, and look at the real estate collapse going on there. If the insanity keeps up in the Philippines, you're going to see the same thing take place. How can you have a home for P50M in a city where it would take the average doctor or lawyer working there 50 years to pay it off? It's just not viable. There's not enough rich people living in those cities to actually buy up these properties, which is why they sit and eventually go for much less.
You should’ve shown the staff and driver’s rooms… that’s one thing I always consider when looking to buy a property and this turns me off when not included….😮plus the service area… you’re just focusing on the pivotal part of the house and not the supplementaries….unlike the other gentleman who focuses in all parts of the house…

I wonder where is the laundry area in this house? Whether it has service area, maids and driver quarters, dirty kitchen.
Hindi nnman kumpleto auxillary kitchen, maids and drivers room laundry area wla nnman lagi nalang b ng mamadali???? 😅😅😅
You mean the P87M price tag doesn't include the furnitures and appliances!? It's quite exorbitant don't you think?
In the Philippines, this is the cheapest house you can find.
Trust me
Price of house and lot depends on the location
