If the car is drove without oil, will it damage these valves? I have a Hyundai Tucson, just tried to drive it, it drove fine for about 1/2 a mile but then I couldn’t go faster anymore. My car started clicking. The tow guy told me it may be the valve covers that are bent or heated and bent. Is that possible ? And is this fixable ?
Buddy I know this was a genuine question and I know you're expecting a genuine response. I also know that i'm replying a bit late and you probably already learned the answer to your question but..."without oil" and "driving car" CAN NOT be in the same sentence. Engine requires constant lubrication. I hope you weren't serious when asking this question.
