I answered 'Thousands of years old...' in an eerie voice. We all busted out laughing. But yeah, Dio is timeless. He's not just some singer or some dude. He represents something about the human spirit.
This is how song should be performed, no autotune, no voice overlapped, no playback, no bs. This is rare nowadays with all the bs song, no one can perform like this anymore. Dio, wherever your are now, ROCK IN PEACE!!!

I had the luck to see him in 2005 in Germany at the "Bang Your Head open air". Beside his great performance I keept in mind what a great gentleman he was. During the show he repeatedly thanked the audience with the words "we are nothing without you". Very impressing (at least to me)
