@hathead83 What do care what size the waves are. And how can you judge these riders? They are doing El rolos, 360s, staying in the barrel and doing great. And BTW these wave are about 4-6ft
last time i checked bodyboarders were doing backflips off the end bowl at chopes and were paddling when every other standup in the lineup was towing...
One of the famous heavy waves, and jetskis are needed for surfers. I will give credit where its due, Laird Hamilton's wave was insane. But yeah idc what you ride as long as you love it, and don't act like a tool

Most of us act normally, respect the rules of the ocean and charge just as hard as any regular surfer. But obviously standing up makes you instantly better yeah? Shame you can't stand up on some of the heaviest waves in the world? I have a tonne of respect for anyone in the ocean, regardless of what they ride, unless they act like a douchebag.
I have done all water sports and body-boarding is at the bottom of it all. It's slow and shit and you can't pump for speed as good as stand-up. Fact bro.. tell me about your surfing experience please? Stand-up takes yonks to master.. Body-boarding anyone can do it.. including old ladies. Nuff said or shall I continue?
