Thank you mate, it is and one I wouldn’t do lightly 😂 but many people have made their autoimmune problems go away or at least given them a break with the diet whereas the doctors just say you’re stuck with it and you have to live with it and one day it’ll kill you 🤷‍♂️ I don’t give up that easily. Ive gone to TH-cam for medical advice which I also wouldn’t recommend but I didn’t have a choice really. The all beef diet works but it also makes me weak and lose too much weight. Anyway I’m just cutting carbs now, (keto) research is currently being done for people with my specific autoimmune problem Spondyloarthritis and cutting carbs, I’m making myself an unofficial guinea pig and it’s really worked wonder. It hasn’t cured me, some days are hell but I couldn’t walk or breath easy at the end of last year so it’s a step up I think. The professional don’t know what causes the problems or how to fix them. They are out of their depths and want me on medication for the rest of my life. Can’t be having that. Sorry for the long reply mate. It’s a long story 😂😅👍
